Transits of inner planets across the solar disc
Střeštík, Jaroslav
In rare occasions an inner planet can be located just between the Sun and the Earth for a short time. In these cases the transit of the planet across the solar disk is being observed on the Earth. More interesting but more rare are transits of Venus because the Sun rays shine through the atmosphere of the planet. In the paper is described how these transits look and how can be observed.
