Automatization of production technologies status monitoring
Molent, Michal ; Číka, Petr (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on with a description and design of automated surveillance over operation of production technologies from the initial collection and processing of information to the presentation of the results in the company´s intranet and their archiving. In the first part the proposal is described theoretically with possibilities of advanced solution of the given issues. The second part occupy of with the initial proposal for the solution. The third part is focused on the implementation of the prototypical implementation of an automated surveillance for application in an industrial environment. The Fourth part focus on testing all system, which is used in two factoring halls D and E.
Building an Effective Competitive Intelligence System for XXX Corporation
Michalko, Miroslav ; Černý, Radoslav (referee) ; Bartes, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis results from the need for Competitive Intelligence as a system for gathering, analyzing and communicating information about competitors to obtain a competitive advantage. The work attempts to analyze current knowledge gathering processes as well as an application of that information for strategic decision making inside the XXX corporation. After definition of basic terms several different methods and approaches to Competitive Intelligence are described. These methods are reviewed and those that suit XXX requirements best are picked up afterwards. In this thesis there are also identified some of the crucial information sources, to begin with public and commercial databases and catalogues, business publications, online sources, personal knowledge, but also data-mining and other sophisticated methods. The main contribution of this work is the proposal of Competitive Intelligence system itself, empathising an effective functionality that solves identified issues, and is based on our theoretical resources and on actual competence of the company.
Browser Fingerprinting Detection
Saloň, Marek ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Polčák, Libor (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is to design and implement a mechanism that provides protection against stateless tracking with browser fingerprint. Implemented tool has a form of module that takes part of JavaScript Restrictor extension. The module allows to specify heuristics used for evaluation of visited sites that may contain browser fingerprint extraction. If suspicious activity is detected, all subsequent HTTP requests from that site are blocked to prevent the extracted fingerprint from being sent to the server. The implementation and defined heuristics were tested. The resulting module represents an effective tool against stateless tracking. The main limitation of the implementation is possible corruption of sites by blocking HTTP requests.
Testování zabezpečení a výpočetních prostředků Jihočeské univerzity
URBÁNEK, Jan
The bachelor's thesis focuses on determining the current state of security of computing resources and the overall technical security at the University of South Bohemia. To determine this state, intelligence gathering and vulnerability analysis of web-application servers is performed, and a questionnaire is created to determine the level of technical security among students. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare this information with world-famous security methodologies and to propose changes to improve the cyberspace at JCU.
