MIKOVÁ, Radka
This bachelor work investigates the problems of influence of social environment on the awareness of pregnancy and birth. The primary aim of this work is to map out the demand for information, its availability and the most commonly used resources of information. The next aim is to analyse the obtained data from the perspective of age, education and marital status. The results of the research showed a significant influence of social environment on awareness of pregnancy and birth. The relationship of age, education and marital status on the level of awareness has been proven. Information related to child birth is greatly available. This is to a great extent also thanks to media that balance out the limited demand for information in certain age and education categories.
