	Methodology of detection of tick-borne pathogens and statistics of their occurrence in the Czech Republic BROŽKOVÁ, Zdeňka This bachelor thesis deals with tick-borne transmitted pathogens and with ticks alone. In general, it focuses on ticks species, that are able to infect people. The Thesis is divided into three parts. The goal of the theoretical part is to refer that borreliosis and tick encephalitis are not unique infection diseases endangering human health. In this thesis, infection diseases are divided into bacterial, viral and protozoan. The core of my work is the empirical part, that uses the method of tick-borne pathogen diagnosis. In the practical part I have tried to detect pathogens in ticks by means of PCR and RT-PCR. The third part is based on statistical indexes, where I have compared laboratory results from years 2008-2018. I have analysed the results for a period of 10 years of testing and simultaneously the results of various infection diseases. 	Technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení technologií na úpravu a likvidaci zdravotnických odpadů Švanygová, Vítězslava The diploma thesis is focused on field of waste from human health-care. Thesis contains classification of the waste for human health-care, implies legislation and describes waste management of the waste from the human health-care. The aim of the study is to compare two different technologies in terms of technical, in terms of economic profitability and in terms of health and the impact of these technologies on the environment. For the purspose of the thesis was used specific technologies, which are hazardous waste incinerator Ekotermex a. s. and high-frequency heating equipment based on microwave technology of company Meteka GmbH called Medister 160. For the transparency of evaluation and comparison was study applied to the Faculty Hospital of St. Anna, where provided data were used. It was found that in economic terms is preferable to use incinerator Ekotermex a. s., but from terms of human health and environment is recommended to use high-frequency heating equipment Medister 160.
