The development of reading literacy in young school-age children with dyslexia or suspicion of dyslexia (Elementary school Pohůrecká)

The thesis deals with evolution of reading skills among the early age school children. The theoretical part describes basic conceptions of reading literacy such as reading, reading material, reading as a hobby. It contains a basic description of specific learning disorders, their evolution and origin. Then it focuses on dyslexia and its diagnostics which begins in a common class and continues to a vocational training. The thesis also contains methods, techniques, applications and games suitable for reading skills compensation and improvement. The practical part deals with reading skills evolution and with motivation for reading at Pohůrecký Primary School in České Budějovice. The practical part contains a casuistry of a second form pupil diagnosed with suspected dyslexia, and an interview with his class teacher.

Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Total Hip Replacement

The abstract of my study concerns the treatment of the case of my patient who had an operation of total hip replacement on the right hip joint, caused by post dysplastic arthrosis. My practice was performed at Fakultni Nemocnice Kralovske Vinohrady. Physiotherapy program started on Tuesday 29th of January 2013 and ended on Friday 1st of February 2013. My Bachelor Thesis is divided in two parts: 1) Theoretical part 2) Practical part. In the theoretical part I analyse everything concerning the hip joint, muscles, joints, bones, ligaments, nerves as well as the biomechanical and kinesiological point of view of the hip joint. In the practical part I analyse every procedure I have done with my patient, all the examinations, conclusions, therapies and results. The patient was operated at OTK FNKV hospital at 22nd of January. Goals of the therapy was to decrease pain and edema, increase range of motion of the movement, increase mobility and elasticity of skin and also improve strength of the operated right hip according to the examinations I provided to the practical part. After the five sessions improvements were detected in the final kinesiologic examination. Index ekonomické svobody, případ České republiky

We have identified number of possible advices for the Czech Republic to improve its rating for both Heritage Foundation and Fraser Institute Economic Freedom Index, which often leads to top 10 countries in the world. These advices range from cuts in government spending, betterment in judicial system, to the establishing healthier environment for startups and advices to combat corruption. We further noticed some divergence between above mentioned indexes and managed to evaluate those indexes, which showed the simplicity yet usefulness of Heritage EFI and flexibility and sensitivity of the Fraser EFI. Weak sides of the research were noted and ideas for further research were given.

This bachelor thesis is focused on improvement of production processes in company ABB s. r. o. in Brno which produces instrument transformers. This thesis describes the basics concepts of lean production. The reader learns about the problems of manufacturing company. In the next part the bachelor thesis analyzes and evaluates the current situation of production. There is a proposal of improvement in conclusion which affects the company´s production system that should increase the effectivity of production processes.

Bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of optimization of core business processes in the company. It specifies what the proces is, defines major differences between process and functional management, describes selected methods of process optimization and compares theoretical knowledge with reality. It contains thorough analysis of the current state of the main business processes. The proposal addresses the improvement of processes as optimized procedural maps while using the ARIS method which provides an improved model of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of improvement of the production processes. This thesis is divided into three basic parts, theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the process and process management. Furthermore, there are mentioned methods, which make it possible to analyze the production processes and improve them. Some of these methods are used in the practical part. In this part the thesis deals with the issues of the specific production process of TES Vsetín, Ltd. Based on the analysis of this process there will be created a proposal of improvement of this process. This improvement is then also expressed in monetary units.

Bachelor thesis deals with supply process of production line (milk run) from warehouse in international manufacturing company. First part describes current state of mentioned process in the company and also its detailed analysis by basic methods of industrial engineering for work measurement and analysis. Considering current state and its analysis, theoretical part describes modern trends and methods in the sphere of lean logistics. Suggestion part is focused on elimination of waste from the process by means of lean logistics and also on assets brought by it.

Proposal of Optimization of Business Processes

This bachelor’s thesis solves problematic of optimization of business processes. Thesis is divided into the theoretical analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of process management and benefits of process management for the business. Further are described methods, on the basis is possible to analyze and improve business processes. Selected methods are then applied in the practical part to optimize the current state of selected processes in Ortika Inc. On the base of analysis is in this thesis offered proposal of optimization selected processes targeting to raise efficiency of business processes. Proposal is subsequently evaluated by chosen criteria.
