Performance Assessment of the Selected Company according to Model Start and Proposals for the Improvement

In this thesis, the company Avipart, spol. s.r.o. is evaluated with the use of the Start model and other methods. The first section emphasizes objectives and methodology applied throughout the work. The following theoretical part discusses commonly used metrics and methods or models for evaluating the company's performance in general. Continuing analytical part focuses on the application of these models within the framework of the evaluation of Avipart, spol. s.r.o., in which great emphasis is placed on survey research. In the end, relevant suggestions for improvement are drawn.
Material Registration Process Improvement in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on improving the process of material registration in the warehouse of the company A.G.E.S. s.r.o. The theoretical part defines terms necessary to understand the given issue. This is followed by the analysis and evaluation of the current state of processes in company by using available analytical methods. In the final part of the thesis is presentation of options for process improvement and own solution is created based on the selection of the most suitable option.
Case study of amateur tennis players

Title: A case study of amateur tennis players Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the degree of improvement of tennis technique and accuracy of tennis strokes in pre-selected amateur tennis players. Methods: The first used method was the data collection method using an online survey, the method of direct observation of the players during training units was used to obtain partial results and the third method was testing, which took place at the beginning and end of the training period using the "ITN On Court Assessment". Results: Both players improved their technique and the accuracy of their tennis strokes. Player #1 improved his stroke accuracy by 1 whole level in the "ITN On Court Assessment". In the first testing (at the beginning of the training period) the player scored 126 points, while in the testing at the end of the training period he scored 172 points. Player 2's improvement in stroke accuracy was less, scoring 162 points in the first testing and 175 points in the testing at the end of the training period. Player 2's stroke technique improved twice as much. Players gained awareness of the game of tennis, know the basic rules of the game and know how they should move on the court. Title: The current physiotherapeutic approaches used in therapy of patients with hemiplegic shoulder - systematic review Objective: The main objective of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of different therapeutic approaches in rehabilitation of the hemiplegic shoulder pain, based on the available resources corresponding to the established inclusion criteria. The VAS scale was used in every included study as the primary evaluating criteria. This thesis makes effort to evaluate which physiotherapeutic method is most often used and is most effective in hemiplegic shoulder pain treatment, based on modern literal resources. Methods: This diploma thesis in processed in the form of a systematic review based on available literary resources. The first part consists of the theoretical basis and the introduction into the problematic of hemiplegic shoulder pain. The second part with the descriptive - analytical character comprises the analysis of the studies, each of which examines different interventions in hemiplegic shoulder pain treatment. Results: At the end of the systematic review, only 8 studies met the inclusion criteria of this thesis. The goal of this master's thesis is valorisation of automation influences, affecting machine processes, which has strong importance on the passage of the order through the company. Master's thesis is processed in cooperation with FERMAT CZ, s.r.o company, which is based in Based. Theoretical part is focused on detailed research of current state of science and technology and system analysis of solved problems. Practical part is focused on design proposal and evaluation of changes in the production of the mentioned company. Title: Evaluation of the effects of different walking types on the postural stability in healthy seniors - a systematic review. Objective: The main objective of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the impact of different types of walking on the postural stability in healthy elderly, based on the available resources corresponding to the established inclusion criteria. Force platforms were used as the tool to evaluate and to objectify postural stability in all studies included. These platforms are capable of measurement the level of postural stability by recording stance excursions in multiple directions. This thesis makes efforts to review the level of the possible future inclusion of different walking types in the process of physical therapy among older patients, regarding to improve the postural stability as well as the fall prevention in these patients. The next goals of this diploma thesis are to determine which type of walking appears to be the most efficient comprising the fall prevention as well as to assess the optimal frequency of the ordinary walking performance to achieve the same objective.
