Pechočiak, Adam ; MALÝ, Lubomír (advisor) ; PĚRUŠKA, Jan (referee)
The aim of my work is to introduce the information about the viola literature of the 20th century in Slovakia in the works of Slovak composers. Although the work of this category is quite extensive, it´s less known to the public. My motivation was an effort to map all the works and their character in the time sequence. To my knowledge this phenomenon has not been processed yet. Therefore I would be very pleased, if this work will be beneficial for both professionals and the wider public, with a focus on art school. I believe that the present comprehensive look at the Slovak viola works will help creating a better orientation in varied numerous slovak viola pieces of 20th century and conveys important information of this issue.
