Výskyt a vyhodnocení patogenů hrachu rolního a hrachu setého na lokalitě Moravské Budějovice

Pea (Pisum sativum L.) is the most cultivated legume in the Czech Republic. The quantity and quality of harvested seeds are influenced by determining, limiting and reducing production factors. The focus of the thesis was on the reducing factor, namely the occurrence of pathogens in the crop of sown pea (Pisum sativum subsp. sativum) and field pea (Pisum sativum subsp. arvense). The pathogens evaluated were Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium solani f.sp. pisi, Fusarium oxysporum and Erysiphe pisi var. pisi. Part of the experiment took place in locations Moravské Budějovice, Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, and Zálesí in 2022; the other part was conducted in the laboratory of the Crop Science, Breeding and Plant Medicine at Mendel University. In the field trials were the varieties Arkta and Salamanca. And in the laboratory trials were the varieties Astronaute, Arkta, Dora, Impuls, Salamanca and Turnia. In the laboratory experiments with the pathogens F. solani f.sp. pisi and F. oxysporum, the variety Salamanca had the lowest average degree of infestation and Impuls the highest. Sown pea had a lower index of infection by the pathogen B. cinerea compared to field pea. Cantus had no significant effect on the disease incidence. For the pathogen E. pisi, the infestation of field pea was significantly higher.

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of atmospheric (Gliding arc) and low-pressure microwave plasma discharge on the surface of common wheat (triticum aestivum), annual sunflower (helianthus annuus), and pea (pisum sativum) and how the use of plasma discharge affects the ability of water to adhere to the seed surface. In this paper, the wettability of seeds before and after the use of plasma discharge is measured. The wettability is measured according to the angle of the drop applied to the measured seed.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the energy potential of waste produced after processing buckwheat in comparison with other marginal species of agricultural crops (flax, peas and soybean). The qualification work includes an elementary analysis of waste materials on the basis of the higher heating value, the lower heating value and final energy gain were determined.

The present diploma thesis deals with evaluation of changes in the cost of cultivation of peas, characteristics of surveyed commodities, identifying changes in the crop areas and yields, the price level of commodity peas. The theoretical part describes the agrarian sector and its current form. It also characterizes investigated commodity peas and the individual cost items. The analytical part summarizes the development of Czech agriculture, particularly crop production. It also focuses on the development of price levels pea agricultural producer prices. The next section is an analysis of the development and structure of the costs of planting peas.

This work summarizes current knowledge of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and their plant uptake. PAHs as subcategory of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) represent an important group of environmental pollutants. Many of them are toxic, carcinogenic or mutagenic. The plants comprising the essential part of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, are able to absorb these compounds from environment thus become the significant source of PAHs for all animals including human.In the screening experiment I found stressful appropriate concentrations of PAHs - fluoranthene (FLT). In pea plants I watched the growth of the aerial parts and roots and appropriately I measured data compiled.
Analýza komodity hrách v ČR

The bachelor thesis is evaluating pea as an agricultural commodity. The literary part focuses on the botanical characteristics of the pea, its economic use, production in the Czech Republic and in the world, the trade of pea seeds and also on its agrobiological requirements and technology of its cultivation. In the practical part, the analysis of costs and profitability in the company was used to assess the pea. The necessary data to evaluate the cost of pea plants cultivation were provided by AGRISAB Ltd., a farming company located in the corn production area near Moravský Krumlov. The practical part includes the comparison between the profitability of the pea plants cultivation and the cultivation of the traditional cereal crops, namely winter wheat and other legumes - soybean. The results include the comparison of the profitability and the assessment of causes of different values. It was found that the profitability of cultivation is mostly affected by the exercise prices and the achieved yield per hectare. Different financial results are also determined by the financial and economic strategy of the company.

This thesis is focused on classification of pea varieties by means neural networks procedure. Variety testing is an applied branch, which is strictly legally regulated. New methods and techniques are only slowly implemented. One option for an improving of the process of granting plant variety rights is to perform an image analysis of tested plants morphometric features. In the thesis, own solution for the classification of shape characteristics of pea by neural networks is designed and implemented. The analysis is focused on standards of pea. Achieved results are globally unique, because there is no other known application for classification of shape characteristics of plants by image analysis during variety registration. An advantage of the solution is fully automated process of analysis, which is realized in MATLAB computing environment. The neural network was trained by data from fields trials provided by National Plant Variety Office of Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture. The solution will be adopted within practical testing procedures.
