Climate change is becoming a big issue worldwide and the consequences of this has a result in the weather patterns creating a direct impact on grapevine production and disease management. Grapevines are highly susceptible to fungal diseases, relative humidity and warm weather are ideal components that have a direct correlation on the development and dissemination of fungal pathologies. The aim of this study is to describe how leaf removal affects the incidence of fungal diseases in Vitis vinifera. The experiment was conducted in Dolní Kounice on the Svatovavřinecké variety. The following methods were used for the study: infrared thermal imaging, chlorophyll fluorescence, and hyperspectral imaging. The results were subsequently processed using statistical methods.
Interspecific varieties of grapevine and their utilization in the breeding

In the thesis new interspecific varieties, which are in acknowledge-proceeding, have been observed. These varieties are Marlen, Cerason, Kofranka and Kaberon. These were cultivated from commonly used European varieties (Frankovka, Svatovavřinecké, Merlot) registrated in the State Book of Varieties of the Czech Republic. Moreover, during the cultivation blue variety called Seibel was used. This served as a donor of fungicidal desease resistance, or rather tollerance. The varieties were observed for three years and their morphological and degree qualities were investigated. The goal of the thesis was acknowledgement of these interspecific vine varieties, their registration in the State Book of Varieties and later legal protection. The task was to pass diversity, uniformity and stability tests in the proceeding and compare the new varieties with the acknowledged ones, which were used for cultivation.
Choroby dřevin a mykoflóra arboreta Křtiny, ŠLP Křtiny

The thesis focuses on woody plant diseases and mycoflora of the arboretum Křtiny. In the period from November 2013 to October 2015 a research was made there using methods of the Czech Scientific Society for Mycology, citizens association. Macromycetes and fungi were observed and their presence is provable by languishing and phytopathological changes of woody plants. For each species substrate and woody plant were marked. In total 62 fungi species were determined. 13 species of mycorrhizal fungi were identified. The thesis also describes diseases and damages that might be caused by  fungi pathogens. Findings of fungi were compared to the inventory research made between 1981 and 1984. Introduced woody plants were assessed from the point of view of connection of selected fungi species and their susceptibility to pathogens. Significance of the arboretum as a source of knowledge development and protection of forest ecosystems was evaluated.

This thesis focuses on the possibility of environmental protection of PIWI vine varieties against fungal diseases. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes information about organic viticulture, vine resistance against fungal diseases, explains the importance of PIWI varieties and describes the most important fungal diseases of vine. In the experimental part, an experiment using ecological preparations against fungal diseases is described. The effectiveness of these formulations and the content of grapevine elements is evaluated here. Furthermore, qualitative parameters of grapes and aromatic substances in wine are analyzed and statistically processed.

The theoretical part of this thesis describes three different types of vinegrape productions in the Czech Republic – the integrated system, organic production and biodynamic way of vinegrape production. It describes the resistence and its mechanisms in the vine. A substantial part of the paper is focused on the fungal disease protection in organic grapevine production and finally the topic of elicitor-based preparations is discussed. The experimental part of the thesis concerns the comparison of three systems of protection against fungal diseases applied on grapevine. The Influence of these applications on the fungal disease infection and grape quality is monitored. From the results it is clear, that effectiveness of the three variants has been very similar and none of them was extremely distinctive either positively or negatively. As the most efficient variant was considered to be the EKO one, the author therefore recommends the application of the anti-fungal-disease preparations used in an ecological regime with the elicitor-based preparations included.

Abstract My bachelor thesis deals with fungal diseases of grapevine. It focuses on fungal diseases. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge related to the issue. There are individual reasons, including their symptoms and protection. The practical part deals with fungal diseases of the strain. Their symptoms, origin, occurrence and protection. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to an interview with Ing. Peter Ackermann, who studies the fungal diseases of the strain.

This Masters thesis contains possibility in using plant extracts as alternative options for protecting grapevine against fungal diseases. Also Impact using of water plant extracts to grapevine state of health and their quantity and qualitative parameters. Theoretic part of this masters thesis describe the most significant fungal diseases of grapevines. In following article are described manufacturing possibilities and usefulness of plant extracts. Plants convenient to produce extracts. The last paragraph in theoretical part contains characterization of defending reactions of grapevines, attacked by pathogens. Beginning of experimental part deals with influence of plant extracts to grapevine state of health. There is also comparison followed parameters between all tested variants.

This diploma thesis are focused on the comparison of integrated and organic production. The literary part deals with the problems of production systems in viticulture and explain their influence on the quality of grapes. It also describes plant extracts, used plants and their production. It describes the main fungal diseases that the vines invade. The experimental part describes the experiment itself, the plant protection products used and the methods used to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative parameters of Riesling grapes that have been observed during maturation. It deals with the evaluation and comparison of the monitored parameters. The thesis recommends an appropriate system of cultivation in organic and integrated production.
