Energy efficient house

This bachelor thesis deals with project documentation for new-built energy-efficient family house situated in Moravské Budějovice cadastral. The house is designed as rectangle two-storey and partially basement building with detached garage. Both parts – residential part and garage – are joined by shelter in shape of „L“. The residential part of the house is roofed by mono-pitched roof and the adjacent garage is roofed by flat roof. The ground floor vertical constructions are designed by using ceramic masonry units; the basement circumferential masonry is designed by using concrete masonry units. Heating of the object is provided by contact thermal insulation system.
Monolithic reinforced concrete detached house

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a newly built cast-in-place detached house in the village called Křepice u Hustopečí. It is a double-storey building without cellar. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. The house is designed for four family members. The main entrance to the building is from the north side in the first floor level. The garage for two cars is a part of the house. The main residential rooms are situated to the south and east side of the building. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete as well as staircase. Partitions are made of clay blocks. The floor structures are composite steel and concrete structures and the roof is mono-pitched. The dominant elements of this detached house are big windows leading to the garden and connecting the house with the surrounding environment. The project was processed by computer software ArchiCAD 16.
Small apartment house

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new-built small apartment building in Litohor. The apartment building is partially basement with three above-ground floors and one main entrance to the building. A total of eight residentail units and common areas for the residents of the building. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic masonry units. The horizontal loadbearing structures and staircase are made of reinforced monolithic concrete slab. The roof consists of a cut roof. Windows and doors are made of aluminium. The building will be heated by the heat pump. There are sixteen parking spaces in the ground.

The subject of my bachelor work is the development of project documentation for the construction design of the family house in the city of Brno, a borough of Lisen. The vertical load-bearing structures of the first and second floor are made of sand-lime blocks. The basement floor id made of permanent formwork DITON. The composition of roof is designed as warm flat roof. The object is handled as a double deck, with partial basement. The first floor is designed as social part. the second floor is designed as relaxation part. In the basement is a utility room and warehouse. The plot is sloping with gradient to the Southwest.
