Anodizing of Aluminium and Its Alloys
Remešová, Michaela ; Julišová, Martina (referee) ; Čelko, Ladislav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the hard anodic oxidation of aluminum and its alloys. As an experimental materials were used various aluminum materials, produced by cold forming and casting. The work contains information about chemical composition of the base materials, photographs of their microstructure, the results of surface roughness before and after anodic oxidation, photo anodized layer, measurements hardness oxide layers. For study were used methods light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, surface profilometry and microhardness measurements.
Analysis of the force load when machining of aluminum alloys with monolithic mills from Cemented Carbide
Koubek, David ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create the proposal and expansion of knowledge in the field of experimental measurement of force load when milling thin-walled parts made of aluminum alloy monolithic cylindrical shank cutter of cemented carbide (hereinafter referred to as CC). It also discusses the theoretical analysis of the forces generated during milling, and practical approaches to their measurement experiments. This work also deals with the analysis of aluminum and its alloys. The next chapter describes the appropriate strategy for the machining of thin-walled components including defining the problems, that can complicate machining thin walls. The practical part deals with prediction and a following suggestion of the experiment measuring the power load. The last section is devoted to the practical implementation of the measurement of forces during the milling of thin-walled parts with subsequent evaluation and comparison of strength for the record selected from CC carbide tools, including evaluation of roughness parameters.
The analysis of couses of the damage of stroller welded construction
Štarhová, Martina ; Juliš, Martin (referee) ; Klakurková, Lenka (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of causes of damage of aluminum welded structures of baby carriages. The theoretical part contains a summary of information concerning the most frequently used aluminum alloys and their heat treatment. Furthemore, it deals with possibilities of welding and testing of welded joints, corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys. Basic information on the most frequently used surface treatment, anodic oxidation, is also mentioned. The experimental part of the work deals with a complex material analysis of three frames of baby carriages. This analysis is focused on mapping the occurrence of the most common defects and determining their contribution to damage or destruction of the baby carriage frame.
