Title Case report of physiotherapy care for a patient with the diagnosis of lumboischiadic syndrome with L5 radicular irritation. Objective Acquisition of theoretical knowledge of kinesiology, functional and structural failures of lumbar spine and physiotherapy approaches used in this issue. In a special section has been selected to develop a case study patient during work placements. Summary The general part of bachelors thesis contains a theoretical knowledge of kinesiology lumbar spine, as well as disorders of the axial system and diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to the back pain issue. The practical part includes the case of a patient diagnosed with the syndrome lumboischiadic L5 irritation. Title: Casuistry of physiotherapy care for patients diagnosed with lumboischiadic syndrome with S1 radicular irritation. Objective: Acquisition of theoretical knowledge of kinesiology, functional and structural failures of lumbar spine and physiotherapy approaches used in this issue. In a special section has been selected to develop a case study patient during work placements. Method: The general part of bachelors thesis contains a theoretical knowledge of kinesiology lumbar spine, as well as disorders of the axial system and diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to the back pain issue. The practical part includes the case of a patient diagnosed with the syndrome lumboischiadic S1 irritation. Results: Alleviate pain, improve overall fitness and mental condition. Conclusion: Indications of physiotherapy in patients with lumboischiadic syndrome proved beneficial in terms of overall improvement of health of the patient.
