Adolescents as a group of risk in the sphere of feeding and their active life
DEDKOVÁ, Veronika
The focus of this paper is on movement, sporting and healthy nourishment of the young people at the age from fifteen to twenty studying at the two grammar schools in České Budějovice. I also inquired the occurance of anorexia and obesity on the chosen sample of the students. This work can be divided into two parts. The first one is concentrated on using albumens, fats, sacharids and liquids in nourishment. While it deals with eating disorders and moving activities, it offers several types of alternative nourishment. The second part presents the research into nourishment and moving activities on the chosen sample of the students. The results are made using the BIA and BMI methods (dealing with the height, weight and amount of fats). The graphs show that the obesity appears only by the very small number of the inquired students, moreover, the anorexia does not apper at all.
