Risk analysis in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Ledenice
VAZAČ, Daniel
The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of risk mapping. The work is divided into three basic parts. The first theoretical part consists of the definition of the most important terms, then there is a description of the coordination of the activities of the components, the security system of the Czech Republic, basic crisis documentation, methods used for risk analysis and assessment. In the following part of the diploma thesis I deal with the research methodology itself. Specifically, it is a risk mapping methodology developed by the Fire Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region on the basis of the methodology recommended by the European Union, this process is focused on the cadastral area of the village of Ledenice. Furthermore, the basic cartographic rules (scale, content and legend of the map, colors used) that were used in the work are set out here. The methodological part also deals with the basic equations and coefficients for calculating the level of risk and vulnerability, which are necessary for the determination of the hazard map and the vulnerability map. The fourth part of the thesis is focused on the creation of maps. The village of Ledenice, maps of danger and vulnerability objects located in the cadastral area of the municipality are characterized here. The result of the diploma thesis is a map of the accumulated risk of the cadastral area of the village Ledenice. There is also a short description of it and the subsequent answer to the research question. This work can serve as an auxiliary set of methodological information for the creation of maps of accumulated risks for use in crisis management and spatial planning.
