Forms of stimulation and remuneration policies in a selected company

The basis of every company is to achieve the goals set, to fulfill the production plans and especially to achieve the prosperity. The main link of this chain is the human factor, it is the most valuable capital of the company. The human capital is in this time the most significant factor of company development. Good results, nice behavior toward customers, fulfilling the tasks set, quality work in general, all that are the reasons, companies should support, motivate and stimulate their employees to stable work performance. This thesis follows just this subject. The main goal is to examine one selected company, to find out its actual state of the compensation policy and the stimulation ratio which influences its employees. After ordination and analysis of data and gained information it was important to focus on the actual state evaluation and analysis of the compensation policy and other incentives in the selected company. Based on this information I tried to carry out a synthesis of the gained findings for the currant use.
