The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is focused on the procedure of making geometric plan for dividing of estate. The area of interest is located in the village called Ráječko with of the same name cadastral area, where is still valid analogue cadastral map. This cadastral area comes under the administration of the cadastral office Blansko. In the introductory part are explained concepts of analogue map and simplified registration. The next part of the thesis is dedicated solving of concrete problems.

The bachelor’s thesis describes the creation of a geometric plan for the partition of the land and the designation changes of the building in the geodetic software GEUS 17.0. The area of interest is located in the village Šakvice, Cadastral office of Hustopeče. The area is administrated on the basic of raster map and the contact of two map sheets. The thesis explains the concept of a geometric plan in the introductory part and analyses documents obtained from the land registry office. Then it explains the entire process of creating the geometrical plan step by step.

Thematical map in area Malá Morávka

A main purpose of this bachelor thesis is presentation of problem about evaluation of thematic map of the location Hvězda in Malá Morávka for following needs of project work. Evaluation of thematic map often doesn’t end with one purposed action, but it is connected with following actions, that can complete or develop an original purpose. Underground courses of engineering networks in area site were staked and after that they were also surveyed. A purpose of staking and surveying is legalization of usage. Important part of work is staking of parcel’s boundaries that has to be agreed by owners. Geometric plan for marking of real execution of constructions is also important part of work.

Land management for development project

Topic of this bachelor thesis is preparation of land for a development project. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part gives on overview of processes necessary for initiation, preparation and implementation of the development project. Namely these are the idea of construction, issues related to spatial planning, different phases of the development project, funding of the development project, ensuring the legal ownership of the land and setting the utilities. The practical part describes the difference between two development projects of land preparation for construction of houses, one initiated and managed by a local authority and the second of uncontrolled construction on property of a real estate owner.

The history and development of the geometric plan in the Czech Republic

The objective of this thesis is to create an overview of the development of the geometric plan from its beginning as established by Imperial law gazette and through all the periods of its existence, taking into account the changes in the rules of elaboration, its requirements, and the view of its importance. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The introductory part explains the choice of the topic. Next, some selected terms are defined relating to the topic of the thesis. Other chapters are focused on the historical development of the geometric plan. Chapter 6 deals with individual cadastral regulations from 1993 up to now. In chapter 7, I define aspects relating to the topic of the thesis. Finally, I address the legislative framework. In conclusion, I compare the historical and present form of the geometric plan

Targeting and processing the geometric plan

This thesis deals with measuring and processing data for creating a geodetic plan. Geodetic plan is a tool for completing changes in a cadastral map and in an estate cadastre. This method keeps the cadastral map and the estate cadastre actual. The very first part of this thesis deals with the theory about the geodetic plan (basic concepts, requisites, history, purpose...). The second part shows a process of creating a real geodetic plan from the cadastral area Plavsko. Geodetical software Groma was used for calculating data and CAD software Microstation was used for completing graphic part of this work.

This bachelor thesis describes the "History and development of geometric plan." In the introductory section explains what is and is not the geometric plan. The following section describes the development process, which had geometric plan came to pass than the current design. Further, there are the essentials, content and types of geometric plan as geometric plan drawn up and verified, cooperation maker, verifiers and authorities surveying and cadastre. In the penultimate chapter describes the conditions under which it is valid geometric plan and then described its use. In conclusion, there are some of the laws that you need to know to create geometric plan.

Geodetic operations during realization of the new construction project

The thesis is focused on description of all geodetic operations, which need to be done before, during and after realization of a new construction project. The goal of this thesis is charting and orientation of a new construction project and following completion of the documentation for bureau of construction and the land registry. The theoretical part is aimed on common geodetic operations, which are devided into five main colums - Surveying operations for preparations and design of the new buildings, surveying operations carried out during design and completion of buildings, surveying operations for documentation and operational functionality of the buildings, other surveying activities and operations in land registry for constructions. In the practical part, the operations carried out during documents completion are described. This documentation serves for registration of a new object into the land registry and is also needed for building permission and final approval from the bureau of construction.
