Assessments of the public investment projects

This work deals in evaluation of public capital projects. At first, it clarifies the legal framework of public procurement, terms which are used at public procurement, and it is also discussed the legal assignment of the law problems about public procurement. Next methods to be introduced are those that are used for the evaluation of general public capital project. All the methods are at first described in details in the literary part, and then with respect to the possibility of their implementation are followed up in the single points of the practical part of the thesis. At the same time, it is also discussed their avail in the certain case and their effect on the calculation results.
