The use of gallery and museum education in leisure activities

The theoretical part of the essay explains gallery and museum education in the Czech Republic. The essay describes the possibilities of making art for children. The essay explains the methods of education in leisure activities in terms of educational objectives. In practical part of the essay the author uses his own experience in organizing the gallery education in leisure activities. He describes his project, realization and evaluation of the educational programme.

Jaroslavice – place in the landscape

The goal of our projectis to „restart“ the Jaroslavice village. It was a well established settlement before the war, but has been on a downfall ever since. The problem began by eviction of german population after the war, followed by close distance to highly guarded border. This project is aiming on the possibility of living in the „ near border area and resumption of forgotten countryside. It proposes to connect old with new. The core of the project is renovation of majer near the castle. It is located on the edge of Jaroslavice and is connected to newly established part of the village. The site of the majer is becomming a connection point of history and present. Therefore, the object provides areas needed by students of newly designed high school. It includes accomodation, cafeteria and residental yard. It blends with additional areas of art centre nearby and is connected to the centre of village. Among the functions ths project provides, there is also a variable hall desired by village management.

Národní informační a poradenské středisko pro kulturu
Statistika kultury se zabývá zjišťováním údajů o činnosti kulturních subjektů (např. návštěvnost, kapacita, vzdělávací akce, vydané publika, výpůjčky, čtenáři). V předkládané brožuře jsou zveřejněny vybrané údaje za následující obory: divadlo, galerie, muzea a památníky, hvězdárny, planetária a astronomické pozorovatelny, veřejné knihovny, památkové objekty zpřístupněné za vstupné, neperiodické publikace a periodický tisk. Údaje ekonomické povahy jsou k dispozici pouze za subjekty veřejného sektoru, kulturní subjekty v soukromém sektoru je neposkytují.
