Analysis of terestrical associations of lichens in lichen pine forests (biotope L8.1A) in northern Bohemia
Němcová, Veronika ; Kocourková, Jana (advisor) ; Zemanová, Lucie (referee)
The thesis is dealing with biomonitoring of terrestrial lichens occurring in lichen pine forests L8.1A in the Česká Lípa district in northern Bohemia. Altogether, 57 species of terrestrial lichens were recorded based on excerption of historical literature. Field survey managed to find 33 species of terrestrial lichens. We succeed to find six new species for the area of study. Within the categories of endangerment of species have occurred primarily common species (LC), as well as nearly threatened (NT), but also vulnerable species (Cladonia cervicornis, C. ciliata, C. glauca, C. macrophylla, and C. strepsilis). Two species of endangered lichens EN (Cladonia crispata and C. portentosa) were also found. Based on the biodiversity research in 27 plots and comparison of vegetation plots and abundance of species in every plot, diagnostic (Dg) and dominant (Dm) species were found. Using restricted analysis of the RDA the variability of data is the best explained with relation of species to individual sites. Altitude and pH appeared marginally significant. Using unlimited linear PCA analysis and comparative dendrogram was found, in which plots are most abundant species and the plots of similar species composition. The result of the revision of habitat mapping segments L8.1, subunit L8.1A is finding that many segments should be amended quality and maintained or should be allocated to another habitat. Of the 55 segments the only one segment was correctly evaluated. Based on the habitat mapping in terms of coverage E0 was discovered 8 emblematic sites subunit L8.1A.
Floristic and phytosociological survey of the flora northern part CHKO Blansky les
TURJANICOVÁ, Alena
This paper, deals with the status of the flora around the village Dobčice, which is located in the northern part of the Protected Landscape Area Blanský les. The area of interest covers an area of 12.6 hectares and includes two nature reserves: NR Chřášťanský vrch and NR Vysoká Běta. In the teritory are located eleven types of terestrial biotopes, for which was created 35 phytosociological relevés, including their photographs and localization. Further fieldwork that was carried out in the theritory was floristic survey. In the monitored area was found total of 264 species of plants and mosses. Six of these species is classified in the 3rd edition of the Red List of vascular plants of the Czech Republic. For each of the found species was created an entry in the herbarium.
Monitoring invazních a nepůvodních rostlin v povodí řeky Svratky
Ševčíková, Alice
This bachelor thesis deals with monitoring of invasive and non-native plants in the catchment area of the Svratka river at the following locations: Brněnská přehrada, Modřice and Tišnov. The studied areas were located on the bank of the river Svratka, on agricultural land near the bank and a few meters from the catchment on uncultivated agricultural land. As monitoring methods were used Zurich-Montpelier phytosociological school. To assess trends in the spread of invasive plants were compared to current images the images from the 70s, which were taken from the Czech national phytosociological database. From the research I draw conclusion that in the past more native species occured, but currently are dominated by non-native species with invasive potential.
Vegetation inside the "Bohemian Forest" exhibition of the zoo Ohrada
FIALOVÁ, Alexandra
The first, theoretical part of my thesis is devoted to the history of zoological gardens, development of forests in the Czech Republic and forest ecosystems, simulated in the analyzed "Český les" exhibit of the Zoo Ohrada in Hluboká nad Vltavou. The exhibit is divided into sections, each representing a certain forest habitat. For each habitat I carried out a phytocenological relevé and calculated total cover, abundance and sociability values. I then compared these characteristics with the natural habitats of the zoo animals, especially in terms of their requirements and utilization. I proposed modifications aiming to increase attractiveness as well as information for visitors.
