Proposal of Part of Information System as a Support for Managerial Tasks

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal for a part of company's information system. Based on the current state analysis of the company's information system and the SWOT analysis, the requirements for the new information system were defined. Using data and functional modeling, the design of a partial part of the information system for solving managerial tasks is presented in order to unify the analyzes and outputs performed by sales representatives, to increase their work efficiency and facilitate the manager's control over the performance of his co-workers.
Application Improvements Using VBA In a Corporate Environment

The main goal of this work is to analyze and subsequently improve application software in the corporate environment according to employee requirements. To improve the application, the VBA programming language will be used, which allows you to program applications in the MS Excel environment. The company makes extensive use of this program in various departments. Due to different requirements, the work will deal with partial suggestions for improvement. The benefits of these improvements should be clearer and easier work for employees, which should lead to greater efficiency.

This thesis describes the design and implementation of an information system for the UNIDATAZ company. The objective of my work is to judge the requirements for the information system and apply it to daily use. The system will be implemented in the HTML and PHP with using CSS and JavaScript. The result will be a monitoring system for errors from every device installed by this company.

It describes the original state, which was analyzed, and functional and non-functional requirements for the new system were defined. The result of the work is a design of the Common evidence in the PowerFlow application and its implementation into the corporate network and processes of ČEZ.
