Multi functional milling cutter and CNC machines with rating.

This thesis is focused on milling cutters for CNC machines which create integral branch of modern machining method. Thesis is divided into individual sections from choose of method and tool to choose of principles of work holding. The attention is mainly focused on assortment of milling tools. At the close of this thesis there are mentioned some practical examples from the manufacturing process in selected engineering firms.

In this bachelor’s thesis are described milling tools for CNC machine tools. The first part is target the CNC milling machines and CNC machining centres. The main set eyes on tool holder magazines and type of tools for CNC machine tools. In next part of thesis are described milling tools. Description and partition are performed in light of construction, marking, tool materials and using. There are wrote advantage, disadvantage and using tools or material for tools. Re-placeable cutting edges from sintered carbides are most used for milling on the present. Pivotal part of bachelor’s thesis is attended to range of products for milling from renowned producers. I chose Sandvik Coromant and Pramet Tools from many notable concerns.
HSS milling cutters deposited by nanocomposite coatings

This bachelor thesis deals with nanocomposite coatings deposited on cutting tools of high speed steel. The paper describes the fundamentals of milling, tools for milling and their division and clamping. Gradually, there are analyzed problems of high speed steels (their classification, marking, properties and uses, chemical composition and heat treatment). Then there is described the main characteristics of coating methods (division of coatings into generations, surface preparation before the coating and PVD and CVD methods). The last part of the thesis focuses on the properties of nanocomposite materials and to companies dealing with their application to the high-speed steel.

This bachelor thesis "Mills from high-speed steel with PVD coatings and their use" deals with tool materials and their distribution (mainly high-speed steel). The problem of high-speed steels is analyzed (their distribution, properties and uses, chemical composition and finally heat treatment). Then the characteristics of the coating methods (mainly PVD) is analyzed. The conclusion of this work is focused on the types of spray coating and the responsibility of the high speed steel mills and their use in current practice.

The aim of my bachelor thesis, which is a research based, is the processing of knowlegde of road milling works. The first part of the thesis is focused on the usage of milling. In the following section, I focused more on the milling process itself, technology and types of milling equipment. Part of this work is introduction of modern milling methods as well as introduction of three companies in the Czech Republic which operate on road milling works. Last part is focused on standard milling regulations. The thesis was done for study purposes.
