Využití humátů v kombinaci s bórem ve výživě řepky ozimé
Rzymanek, Jakub
The aim of the thesis was to assess the effect of foliar application of boron (B) together with humate on yield and oil content of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.). For this purpose, a one-year field trial was evaluated. In this trial two different fertilizers containing boron were used. These fertilizers were applied both without and in combination with humate. In each treatment, a total of 300 g of B/ha (in the form of borethanolamine) and humate in a dose of 2 l/ha were applied. In one variant, humate without boron was used, in a total dose of 2 l/ha. The average of two unfertilized control treatments was used for comparison. A significant effect of boron used with humate on the yield of winter rape was reached (highest gain by 7.93%) in comparison to the control. A positive effect on seed yield was also reached by application of boron without humate in B2 treatment (+ 6.83%), which was significant compared to the control and compared to the B1 treatment too. Significant yield effect (+ 2.55%) in comparison to the control was reached also by application of humate without boron. A very small effect of boron fertilization on oil content was found. The highest oil content was reached by the separate use of humate (+ 1.19%). The treatments were also evaluated in terms of economic efficiency. Based on the results of yield obtained and economic efficiency of treatments, the B1 + NF treatment was chosen as the best one.
Vliv foliární výživy u révy vinné - přípravek Fertileader Elite
Kacetl, Michal
This thesis deals with the influence of foliar nutrition in grapevine with a particular focus on Fertileader Elite. The vineyard in the cadastre of the village of Mackovice was chosen for the establishment of the experiment. The preparation was applied on 18.7. 2018. The comparison of the two variants was based on uvological and analytical values. From the view of uvology, we found the weight of the grapes, the weight of one berry, the weight of the grapes from one bush and the total yield. The analytical values were mainly represented by sugar content, titratable acid content and assimilable nitrogen. The results were compared and then evaluated. In the nutritional variant, the yield increased significantly by up to 53.63%. The sugar content measurement was also based on the nutritional variant, with the sugar content higher by 9.72% than the control variant. On the other hand, titratable acids decreased by 8.36% in the nutrient variant. Thus there was an increase in yield and sugar content, but also a decrease in the titratable acid content. The difference between the nutrient variant and the control variant in the assimilable nitrogen content was not significant. The 2018 was very warm and dry in terms of yield and sugar content above average, the trial was heavily influenced by the year and conducted only once, it would be appropriate to try again in more consecutive years.
Vliv foliární výživy u révy vinné - přípravek Fertiactil Starter
Martincová, Martina
The bachelor work is divided into two main parts, a theoretical literary overview and a practical part. The experiment is described in the practical part. Ways of plant nutrition, an elementary overview of nutrients and leaf nutrition intake are described in the literary part. There are described testing methods and grapevine samples usage in the used materials and methodology. Testing of folic nutrition Fertiacyl Starter preparation and its impact on the grapevine production quality are presented in the experimental part. The preparation was tested on Hibernal variety in Velké Bílovice. Spraying was applied in two phases: as spring spray for growth stimulation and a summer one for sugar content increase. ARR analysis was used for obtaining the results at spring application. Three samples were grad-ually detracted three weeks after summer application for uvology assessment and analysis.
Použití kapalných hnojiv v trávníkářství
Němec, Rostislav
This Bachelor´s thesis aims at describing liquid fertilizers used for the lawn and turf management. Lawns and turfs, their advantages and possibilities of use are specified in the thesis. All the criteria of the lawn and turf management, maintenance and care are summarized in the thesis too. The most essential lawn nutrition factors and aspects are emphasized in the thesis as well. In the following thesis chapters, the author is describing how the liquid fertilizers have been used in the lawn and turf management. Their advantages and disadvantages, as well as various methods of application of the liquid fertilizers and machinery for application of the fertilizers are also listed and described there. The author of the thesis paid attention to classification of the liquid fertilizers - they are classified into categories according to what purpose they are used and applied for. There are recommendations for correct application of the liquid fertilizers in the thesis too.
Mimokořenová výživa B, Zn a Mo u kořenové zeleniny
Očenášková, Květa
There are many external and internal factors which influence the quality and yields of vegetables. Counted among the external factors is nutrition and fertilisation which are an integral part of growing technologies. Without sufficient and balanced supply of acceptable nutrients the plants are not capable of achieving high quality and yields. Among the essential nutrients we also count micro biogenic elements. Although vegetables require only small amounts, their importance is equal to nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other macro elements. The first part of the bachelor dissertation thesis maps the present information about the importance of some micro nutrients (B, Zn, Mo) in the nutrition of vegetables. In a two-year vegetation experiment we explored the effect of foliar applications of some micro elements on their content in radish plants and on the yields of the edible part of this root vegetable. The experiment was established as a pot experiment in soil culture. During vegetation we applied the nutrients at graded rates. The effect of the foliar application was evaluated on the basis of analyses of the plant mass and yield parameters. The results showed that foliar nutrition with micro nutrients increased their contents namely in the leaves, but also in the radish roots. Fertilisation had a significant effect on the yields of whole plants in a similar way as on the edible roots. Supplementary fertilisation with the micro nutrients increased roots yields by 7,0 to 46%. Zinc at a rate equal to an application of 700 g Zn.ha-1 had a statistically significant effect on the production of radish roots. Radish yields increased significantly also after the application of molybdenum at a rate equal to 62.5 g Mo.ha-1.
