The subject of master thesis is new building of mixed-use building in the cadastral area Brno city part Černá Pole in a row of residential buildings. The building is designed with five storeys with one underground and 4 aboveground floors. The property is located in a sloping terrain. There are garages with a capacity of 18 parking spaces in underground floor and a technical room. On the first floor there are business premises and the background of the apartment building. From the second to fourth floor there are flats. The main entrance to the building is north-facing.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Chotěboř. The apartment building is designed from the four-storey part and from the five-storey part, the floors are finished with a residential attic. The apartment building is connected to the existing housing development, installed in a slightly sloping terrain. The apartment building contains seventeen housing units, the apartments are designed for housing four-member families, while apartments of the studio type are designed for two persons. The first floor is designed for the technical facilities of the building, there is also a commercial area that is considered for the operation of a hairdresser. Other above-ground floors consist of housing units. The apartment house is covered with a saddle seddle roof, in the part of the fifth floor there is also an outdoor terrace with a flat roof. The vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are formed by the Porotherm brick system. Horizontal ceiling structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The foundation structures are made of monolithic concrete and monolithic prefa. The parking space is designed outside the building, with parking for the disabled. The project was developed in the ArchiCad graphics program. All constructions comply with valid standards and regulations.

The subject of bacherol´s thesis is an apartment house located in Hlučín town. Designed building consist of five floors, any cellar, with flat roof. The structural systém of a building is designed and constructed by POROTHERM systém. All designed constructions are in compilance with the applicable standards ČSN.
Multifunctional house

The aim of my diploma thesis is a plan of a multifunctional house. The proposed building is designed in low-energy norm. The shape arrangement is an irregular rectangle, covered by two flat roofs. One of the roofs serves as a terrace. It is a five-storey building. Half of the ground floor serves as offices and the other half as an utility space for the flats above. The other four floors are for housing. Aforementioned building is located in Třebíč, in the area Na kopcích, on Modřínová street, plot No.1039/7. Vertical and horizontal construction are designed from POROTHERM building system. The building is based on a concrete foundation slab.
New dwelling house in Slavkov

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the elaboration of an architectural study and project documentation for the construction of a dwelling house. The new building is located on the outskirts of slavkov, in the district of Opava. It is a five-storey non-cellar building with vertical structures in the Porotherm system, monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and a double-skinned flat roof. There are seven apartments in the apartment building, and in the 1st floor seven garage spaces for apartment users.

The submitted bachelor's thesis presents project documentation for a new apartment building in the town of Liptovský Hrádok. The building is designed in a slightly sloppy terrain as a free-standing building with five floors above ground level and one underground floor. In the basement there are vaults, warehouses, technical facilities and a garage with 17 parking spaces. In the premises of the first floor, there is a non-production plant, which is a chocolate-shop with a capacity of 32 people. From the second to the fifth floor, there are 14 residential units with a total capacity of 42 people. The vertical load-bearing system in the above-ground floors is designed as brick made of ceramic blocks. In the basement, it is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Perimeter walls above ground level are contact-insulated with the ETICS system. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The roofing is a sloping crossed roof with an angle of 25 °.
