Assessing Selected Indicators of a Company Maregs, spol. s.r.o. Using Time Series

Bachelor’s thesis deals with the assessment of chosen indicators of company MAREGS, spol. s.r.o. by using time series, application of regression analysis, forecasting and evaluation of these indicators. Bachelor’s thesis conatins the teoretical description of time series, regression analysis and selected economic indicators. In the practial part, are created time series of calculated indexes in the given period of company. From these time series also comes regression analysis of forecasts of the future developments. From evaluations economic indicators and from making forecast of future state of company, will be clear actuall situation and probable future progression. Main thing of these analysis are recommendation, how to corectly react, to achieve an improvement in financial situation. Another part of the work is about to create a program in Visual Basic and MS Excel, which can be used as a tool for making everytime actual forecasts of future development.

Analysis of Economic Data Using Statistical Methods

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of Scania Czech Republic s.r.o. using financial indicators and statistical methods. The theoretical part of the thesis first present all the important information, which is then used in the practical part to calculate the economic indicators. The practical part is drawn from the available resources from the company on which the financial analysis is based. Statistical methods are then determined primarily for prediction based on the calculated financial analysis. The final result, evaluation of calculations and advice for the following years can be seen at the conclusion of the bachelor thesis.

Mathematical and Statistical Methods as Support of the Development of Software Applications

The subject of the thesis is design of an application for calculation of financial situation in the firm INKAREA s.r.o, which I have chosen. The software will be programmed in the intuitive environment of MS Excel with the help of VBA. I will use the reports from the accountancy during the years 2013–2017, which are going to be more analysed in the practical part. The theoretical part will be dedicated to description of statistical methods and indicators as well as introducing the chosen firm. In the end I would like to evaluate the firm´s condition and some possible suggestions for improvement of the strategy on the market.

Development Strategy of Small Company

The topic of my bachelor thesis is strategy of progress of small enterprise and my task will be proposing effective and useful plan of development. I gained information and data from owner of a firm, Jan Janků. Theoretical points as correct way of thinking of strategy, visions and productivity will be described in the beginning. Next part of my thesis concern about analyzing methods used to find out weaknesses and problematic aspects of a firm. In the conclusion is summary of measured data and suitable advice for strategic progress of a firm.

Assessment of Company Financial Situation Using Time Series

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the use of statistical methods in practice, especially interested in the financial analysis of HELIX Liberec s.r.o. expressed by selected economic indicators in the time series from 2000 to 2010. The work has both theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is important to clarify the terms of the statistical and financial analysis in the practical part will apply the theoretical basis for undertaking an assessment of the situation and outline possible recommendations for improvement.
