Numerical Methods of Image Analysis in Astrometry
Detection of car approach speed using camera imge processing
Kovář, Jan ; Číka, Petr (referee) ; Šmirg, Ondřej (advisor)
The thesis deals with digital image processing, from the initial acquisition of digital picture frames, subsequent processing segmentation and algorithms to detect visual shapes on the scene. Image processing is a very broad topic, so here are analyzed for more understanding of the fundamental principles of perception and processing of video signals, image representation, his starting shooting through filters governing digital image processing methods to detect the objects in an image. It is also demonstrated by the size dependence of the object in the image on the distance from the camera, whereby we can determine the speed of approaching or moving away from the object. We will show you the specific determination of the distance we need to know the actual result size of the object. This is because the ratio between the size of the object depending on the distance is the same for each object. Finally, this work presents the resulting image frames for implementation using OpenCV library.
Segmentation in the color fundus imges
Malínský, Miloš ; Jiřík, Radovan (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
Optic nerve head and macula are important structures in fundus images. Detection and measurement plays crucial role in several diagnosis methods of optic disease. This work is focused on the detection of the central point of macula and optic nerve head, where the inner border is detected too. There are many methods for extracting this structure in retinal images. Due to the unique properties of each acquisition technique, a single generally acknowledged detection algorithm does not exist. The whole detection process is described from preprocessing through segmentation towards postprocessing. Presented methods are based on the combination of correlation techniques, Hough transform, active contours and morphological operations. The detected contours of the optic nerve head are evaluated and quantitatively compared with the contour drawn by experienced ophthalmologist. The master thesis contains quantity of images that help to describe detection methods.
Automatic detection of neural fibers losses
Václavek, Martin ; Jiřík, Radovan (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
This work is focused on detection of loss in nerve fibre layer on colour pictures of retina, witch are makes by fundus camera. It describe every simple objects of retina, optic nerve head, macula lutea and vascular bed. It detect optic nerve head and his near area, witch is general for detection of breakdownds. It use several metodes of picture adjusting for picture elaboration and objects detection (segmentation, thresholding, enhancement, hough transformation ). The detection of loss in nerve fibre layer is based on comparing of statistic parameters ( average, standart deviation, skewness coefficient and kurtosis coefficient histogram, entropy ) in choosed areas with and withou destruction of nerve layers. Vascular bed have badwatsh on results, cause of this we using hand choosing of essay.
Application possibilities of LNVGA programmable amplifier
Sobotka, Josef ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Jeřábek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the theoretical description of the qualitative characteristics and parameters of some modern active elements, also discusses the theory of signal flow graphs at the level applicable for the following frequency filter design methods. The thesis is also generally discussed the issue with the circuit simulator PSpice modeling theory and voltage amplifiers on the basic 6-levels. The practical part of the work is divided into two parts. The first practical part is dedicated to design four levels of simulation model of components LNVGA element. The second practical part contains detailed theoretical proposals for three circuit structures implementing the frequency filters 2nd order (based on the basic structure of the OTA-C) using signal flow graphs with configuration options of Q and fm based on the parameters of active elements in the peripheral structure and their verification with prepared LNVGA model layers.
Non-Photorealistic Rendering
Žilák, Jaroslav ; Bartoň, Radek (referee) ; Žák, Pavel (advisor)
The main purpose of this thesis besides providing the reader with basics of non-photorealistic rendering, is concept and possible solution for system realization, which is capable of this rendering using image post-processing. This thesis describes solution that is sufficiently flexible to support use of integrated filters along with the creation of new ones that can be recursively used to create another filters for this type of rendering. Thus part of this thesis is some kind of manual which provide basic syntax description and possibilities of use.
Vibrodiagnostics of electrical machines
Boháček, Daniel ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This thesis deals with methods of vibration analysis in electric rotating machines. From the beginning, it is necessary to explain the basic concepts and introduce the issue of vibration. Next time, the work is focused on sources of vibration in electrical machines. Defects on electric rotating machines causing vibrations are described. Sensing is performed using sensors of deflection, speed and acceleration. The measured signal needs to be adjusted and filters, approximations and sampling will cover this in the next chapter. The main objective is the methods of analysis, which include the best known in the field of frequency analysis (FFT) and the envelope method in the time domain. This includes other methods such as Kurtosis factor, Crest factor, etc. There is also a basic block diagram for measuring vibrations. This block diagram is programmed and has a graphical user interface. The last part is an evaluation of the measured data of the engines.
ECG monitor in LabVIEW
Pavlišta, Libor ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
The main purpose of this work is to get know about ECG signal, its genesis and relationship between mechanical and electrical part of the heart. Furthermore about the detailed disassembly of parts, for example of QRS complex, the determination of faulty statuses, the calculation of heartbeat frequence. We will take a look into the patient's monitors. We will get know about the measuring of ECG signal and how to treat the input signal to eliminate the undesirable components of signal, for example unwanted network noise - so-called network brum. We will study the concept of simple monitoring system with th draft of necessary filter in LabView program. We will construct alarms for some cardiac abnormalities, such as premature heart contractions. We will calculate heart rate. We will retrieve of data from an external source and we will prepare the appropriate graphical user interface.
Digital controlled dc current source
Miškařík, Vít ; Mišurec, Jiří (referee) ; Vrba, Kamil (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims to get acquainted with the issue of numerically controlled current sources, individual parts of them, their design options and comparison of the properties of these design options. In this thesis the individual parts needed to construct a numerically controlled DC current sources are analyzed and described, there are their main design relationships and possible achieved accurancy too. In next part there are described selected design options and calculation values of circuit elements. In conclusion there is presented the final schematic of whole source, result of computer function si- mulation, PCB design and measured parameters of really built circuit of numerically controlled current source.
Demonstrational programs for music record processing
Jonáš, Petr ; Rajmic, Pavel (referee) ; Číž, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes the processing of music records and signals. Demonstration programs were created in Matlab. In this thesis were created function of equalization, transposition and sound effects. In this thesis was created application for determining the similarity of signals. For both programs was created graphic user interface.
