Matka coby protagonista v makedonské kinematografii
Nedeska-Trajkova, Verica ; ANGIOLILLO, Mary Carmel (advisor) ; Dudková, Jana (referee)
Z tohoto úhlu pohledu zkoumá diplomová práce skutečnost a autenticitu prezentace žen v makedonské kinematografii, s užším zaměřením na zobrazování postav matek.
The (main) character of "secret agent" in the movies "Walking Too Fast" and "The Lives of Others"
Kučera, Luboš ; MAREK, Petr (advisor) ; Hájek, Václav (referee)
Thorough reading and comparison of films "Walking Too Fast" and "The Lives of Others". A dramaturgical analysis and analysis of film language in relation to the themes of the film's approach to the main characters of both dramas. The theme of the work is dramaturgical analysis of the relationship of the main character, the other characters of drama, story and theme (possibly a film language) and mutual comparison with these films. Films show two distinct approaches to film drama, while using very similar historical contexts and the main character with similar external features: (lonely) secret agent or (in)voluntary voyeur oscillating between loyalty to a higher authority and their own emotional compulsion (which is with higher authority in the conflict) and his desire to escape crashing on the cause of its own origin resp. his unbreakable loneliness as a state of being.

Příhodová, Tereza ; MUSILOVÁ, Helena (advisor) ; POSPISZYL, Tomáš (referee)
Theses "The Tin Drum - the character of a child as a symbol of revolution, rebellion and war in the film" explores development of a child's character in film. Also in films about the war and revolution. (Go and see ,The White Ribbon, Alice in Wonderland, Threesomes of morals, Long live the Republic, etc ...) The work primarily analyzes the character of Oscar (The Tin Drum) and compares literary text and the movie. At the same time, the thesis further elaborates on the issue of film adaptations of literary works and also raises question of author's own projection into the main character. Although the focus is primarily on analysis of literary and cinematic form of The Tin Drum, this text also mentiones other key frames, on which different ways of working with child actors are portrayed.
