This bachelor's thesis is focused on measuring of concentration of dissolved oxygen in water, particularly on fiber optics sensors based on fluorescence quenching. An overwiev of fiber optics probes was written. An integration was designed using fiber optics probe FOXY-R, spectrometer USB4000, monochromatic light source LLS-470 and bifurcated optical fiber BIF 600. Measuring application was designed using LabVIEW.
