This bachelor thesis deals with the amendment to the Wine Law of Act no. 26/2017 Sb. and its influence on the business activity of Viticulture Enterprises in the Czech Republic. In this thesis, the most affected areas by amendment are analysed at full length, including the sale conditions of cask wine, wine labelling, and wine falsification. Information regarding foreign trade, import and export of wine, and the consumption and production of wine in the Czech Republic are described in detail. Research from a questionnaire survey and interviews which were administered by the author are also explained in the thesis. This research includes the current knowledge of the Wine Law and its effects on the operation of Viticulture Enterprises. This bachelor thesis gives recommendations for the executives of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of additives to wine and the possibilities of their qualitative and quantitative detection. It also deals with the valid European and Czech legislation related to additives. In the practical part was summa-rized data from the performed checks of vine wines in the years 2014–2018 with eval-uation from the point of view of falsification.

The diploma thesis deals with analytical and sensorial possibilities of control of grape wine adulteration. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, the author introduces valid legislation regulating authorized substances in wine, as well as the wine production processes itself. The reader is acquainted with the means of wine adulteration in the Czech Republic that ensued from an analysis of unsatisfactory samples of wine, collected between 2012 -- 2015 by the SZPI (Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority). The second, practical part of the thesis, describes not only grape wine and SZPI samples imitation production processes, but also methods used for their subsequent sensorial and analytical study. Besides, it interprets measured data, and compares and contrasts the possibilities and appropriateness of the sensorial evaluation and analytical study for the detection of wine adulteration.

The objective of this Bachelor thesis is to describe food additives in wine and possibilities for their detection. This thesis was prepared at the Institute of postharvest technologies, Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, on Mendel University in Brno in 2012 - 2014. In the individual chapters food additives, both permitted and prohibited by law, are described. It describes legislation, which regulates viticulture and winemaking, valid in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. Furthermore it describes selected analytical methods used for the detection of additives and inspecting the authenticity of wines.
