Security analyse of organization

The Bachelor's thesis "Organization Security Analysis" deals with the problems of data protection in conection with physical, human resources and administrative security. It is concerned with several significant areas that have a bearing on national institution security - especially with security policy, the personality of manager, assessment of threats and risk levels, as well as with prevention and with specific procedures of solving of security incidents.
The readiness of the selected non-profit organizations on the territory of the district České Budějovice in the extraordinary event

The thesis deals with examining, if the non-governmental organizations are ready for extraordinary situations, specifically is focused on organizations, which are located in the area of České Budějovice region. The topic is actual, the reason being high frequency of those extraordinary situations in the south Bohemia and it is important to find out, if the help of volunteers is effective. For non-governmental organizations is specific that they are not managed by the government. Their activities try to substitute non-existing or poorly functioning services, which are provided by the government. Activities include realization of free time activities for children, helping socially weak, educational activities in many areas, protection of the environment or historical landmarks, helping disabled and elderly, humanitarian and development aid and many others. The objective of the thesis is to find out, how much are non-governmental ready to deal with extraordinary situations and how they engage in education to prepare population for dealing with extraordinary situations. In the thesis is used the method of information analysis, that meaning content analysis of information, where is specific gathered knowledge ordered on the basis of literature search. To fulfill set objective a semi-structured interview with employees of the chosen non-governmental organization was conducted. The results of the thesis will be offered to chosen non-governmental organizations, which participated in the research. These results could be used to increase quality of training of members of non-governmental organizations and volunteers.
An Assessment of Readiness of a Chosen South Bohemian School for Solving Extraordinary Situations

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to assess current readiness of a chosen South Bohemian school for solving extraordinary situations. Moreover, to find out the state of the processed documents and readiness of the pedagogical staff and pupils of this school for an extraordinary situation. Readiness of teachers and pupils was then examined by a simulated fire and evacuation of the school. Readiness of the fire fighting staff was also included in this tactical exercise. The following research question was set: "How is the chosen South Bohemian school ready for solving extraordinary situations?" For assessment purposes the tactical exercise, questionnaire survey, school documentation audit and material instruments of fire protection and safety arrangement check were done. In the end the evaluation was done and suggestions and arrangements for further improvement were set. In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis there is a precept of law analysis concerning both the preparation for extraordinary situations and the field of educational institutions. The theoretical part also describes the area of this elementary school, determines particular extraordinary situations that could appear in relation to this institution and general evaluation of readiness of this school for such situations is done in this chapter.

Protection of population at extraordinary events in households.

The graduation theses gives the general information about people´s protection in extraordinary situations at home, where the offender is a member of the family. It aims at police strategy by protection the victim of some crime. The key role in the system belongs to the Police of the Czech Republic, who is in most cases the first one who meet the victim and the offender and who has authority to control and to stop the social unacceptable behaving. Part of the graduated theses is to explain what is dangerous persecution-stalking. Also the kinds and victims of dangerous persecution, assessing og dangerousness. The problem of a victim is a very important part which was neclegted in the past. Also the fact that a deep knowledge in this problems is very important for the Police is written in my theses. Next part of my theses is explanation of victimology and characterization of the key word ?victim?. The role of the intervention center and their cooperation with the Police of the Czech Republic by protecting the victim and solving the extraordinary situations at home. The protecting the victim can be done uder the low § 50 NO.273/2008 about Police of the Czech republic and because of that there is methodology of police´s procedure by giving the protection to person who need it in my theses.
Evacuation and emergency shelter of population before beginning of emergency events

Evacuation is known to be the most effective measure in protection of the population, particularly when completed before an extraordinary event occurs. Sheltering of population in permanent and improvised shelters would be of major importance in case of a war conflict. This bachelor thesis seeks to clarify the terms of evacuation and sheltering and all activities associated therewith and to evaluate the status of their assurance. The chapter dealing with the current status contains the basic terms relating to those measures and a brief description of evacuation and its classification. It also describes sheltering of the population and an overview of individual types of shelters, including improvised shelters. The chapter also includes an overview of basic legal standards associated with this issue. The following chapters deal directly with evacuation and sheltering plans. Each plan is described, including an outline of individual organizational measures and responsibilities for their execution. The thesis uses the current legal standards and the current concept of protection of the population as a baseline.
