Managerial Communication In a Selected Institution

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate managerial communication in the selected organization and suggest changes to improve the current situation. Creation of literature review of the examined issue was based on studies of available information through professional literary works and Internet sources. The main form of questioning - the unstructured interview was chosen for obtaining key information concerning the distribution of managerial communication to external and internal. The conclusions drawn from the analysis will be communicated to the organization.
