Physiotherapy for patiens with sedentary jobs suffering recurrent pain in the cervical spine

This Bachelor thesis is about the issue of repeated pain in the cervical spin at patient with sedentary occupation. The aim of my work was to delineate the possibilities of various methods of physiotherapy and kinesiotherapy in the form of a complex therapeutic plan and to devise a set of exercises serving not only for therapy but also prevention of functional defects in the area of the cervical spine. I choose mostly from methodologies I met during my studies and convinced of their abilities. Inn the theoretical part there is a great attention focused to anatomy, function of cervical spine and functional disorders in this area. certain degree of importance has also been focused in describing the ergonomics of seduction and correct body shifting during sitting in the working process. Conclusion of the theoretical part creates selected physiotherapeutic procedures for the treatment of pain in the cervical spine at patients with sedentary occupations. The practical part was created thanks to the method of high quality, which was elaborated in the form of causes of three women from the age 45 to 50 years. They worked in a job requiring sitting at a minimum of eight hours a day, five days a week. These women had an input kinesiology analysis supplemented with a photographic documentation. On its basis was made a comprehensive therapeutics plan with individual therapies which was taking place once a week for two months. At the same time, they received a set of exercises, which were selected with regard to the possibilities of their everyday implementation at the office during their working hours. At the end of the research there was done an output examination. It was completed with photos and the subjective assessment of the condition and feelings of respondents. This bachelor thesis can be helpful not only for physiotherapists in the clinical practice dealing with problems of repeated cervical spine pains in patients with sedentary occupation, but also for the general people who can be in the state of endangerment of the origin of this prolact or by its permeability.

The subject of this thesis was to design an ideal workspace for designers and the output of one atypical element , its construction and material costs . For interior design was needed to familiarize itself with the problems of space to work and do your research with several designers. Based on these interviews, it was necessary to design the interior of the correct traceability of individual working zones. With regard to the needs of designers , I propose atypical plastic table designed for drawing design proposals.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of dentist chair. The starting point for this is theoretical part, where in the introduction is described history of dentist chairs. Then in the form of recherche it depicts situation on the market of dental units. This work also focuses on ergonomy and requirements arising from particular norm and specialized literature. It provides an overview of upholstery materials, their attributes and production technology. The theoretical part ends with image recherche of inspirational products. Practical part of this work systematically describes the designing process. It contains own proposals in the forms of sketches and visualizations. The resulting proposal is demonstrated by 3D model and his visualization.

The task of the thesis is to design seating element for dynamic sitting using molded plywood. The theoretical part focuses on the history, ways of sitting, ergonomics and alternative seating. In the theoretical part, there is also chapter dedicated to the technology of production material selected for the design. The practical part deals with the design process. At first, there is compiled reseach, which is connected to a part of sketching and 3D design to find the right shape, which also takes place using simple models of 1: 5 and 1: 1. The results of the thesis are 3D visualizations of chairs for dynamic sitting, model of 1: 5 made of molded plywood and construction drawings for production of prototypes.

As theme of this work was chosen project of the modular system designed for company of the Ing. Luděk Jekl. This work is focused primarily at the constructional solution. In work there are established theoretical way out creations of modular systems. With them are related research solutions of the current modular systems, which are established in next chapter. Next there are stated a possible used materials and total disposition working and functional zones of the modular system, which is necessarily for creating optimal conditions needed for work. Namely it is in terms of anthropometry and ergonomics. At next part of the work there are stated requests from submitter and custom constructional solution of the modular system. Part of the solution constructional drawing, bill of materials and visualization of the proposal. At last there is stated economic evaluation because the price is mostly a primary factor at the decision.

This thesis includes proposal of constructional solution of dining set which is located in the kitchen interior. It fulfils defined conditions and requirements of valid standards including safety standards. Constructional solution consists of mechanical drawings that it fulfils manufacturing conditions and client options. There are also created bills of materials, economic assessment and visualisations. This thesis deals with the issues of kitchen interiors with dining area and constructional solution of dining furniture sets. Furthermore, the thesis describes anthropometry and ergonomics. The obtained information and findings are then used in options of used materials. The thesis includes a literature research of current kitchen bench models and its evaluation. Building on these evaluations there are determined own solutions and options according to requirements.

Bachelor thesis deals with construction of folding table for small living space. The main objective is to create a design of folding table which meets the requirements of the dining table while preserving all the requirements both dimensional and ergonomic. In the theoretical part, the author gives an insight into historical solutions, contemporary solutions and relationship of materials and technology. The practical part consists of concept of folding table while maintaining the requirements of the submitter, the stability calculation and the actual technical solution. Everything is based on findings from the theoretical part. The result is a technical drawing in AutoCAD, pricing and BOM.

Master thesis about seating furniture is divided into two parts . The theoretical part includes topics such as ergonomics and standards. Introduction is explaining the terms and ideas with which the whole work is dealt with. The theoretical part includes a chapter in which is explained and shown the inspiration. During the creating process I also focused on the psychology of products in general and its application to a specific product. In this chapter I devote more material on how to use information that I collected to meet predetermined specifications. The practical part contains sketches, selection of materials, visualisations. It also contains technological process of creating a prototype. Master thesis ends with general evaluation and discussion.

Bachelor thesis deals with living in the Home for the Elderly. The work describes specific attributes of target group and its ergonomic, health and safety requirements for interior and furniture equipment. The work includes documentation of some Homes for the Elderly in Brno (their typical equipment and provided services for their clients) and survey of furniture market and compensatory aids for seniors. The collected information is used for the interior design of a room for one person in the specific Home for the Elderly in Brno. The interior design includes calculation of the selected furniture equipment. Individual solution of the interior layout is showed in the form of the plan created in AutoCAD 2014 which is supplemented by visualizations created in 3ds Max 2015.
