Electro mechanical actuator design

This bachelor thesis focuses on the structural design of an electromechanical actuator with redundancy of motion screws based on the required parameters using available components on the market. The actuator components were selected to be able to transmit static loads of 2 kN and dynamic loads of up to 400 N. The sub-objectives were to describe the types of hydraulic and electric aircraft actuators in the context of more electric aircraft.
