Capabilities of current electronic payment systems

This thesis describes the development of payment systems through time from barter payments to modern electronic payment systems, describing law background for these systems in Czech Republic and also shows capabilities of the most popular internet payment system PayPal. Finaly in this thesis I apply theoretical knowledge to implement PayPal payments into small e-shop, so the customers will be able to pay for their goods using PayPal acocunts or simple credit card payment.
Credit card and electronic money systems

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the description and distinction of terms "payment instrument" and "electronic money". After the introduction I concentrate on definitions of basic terms, that consequently appear in the thesis, I focus on separation of terms "funds" and "payment instrument". Then I deal with credit cards and electronic banking. In the second part of the thesis I describe electronic money as a subset of funds and the difference between credit card and electronic wallet. Finally I mention future trends of both credit card and electronic wallet systems and I outline the possible development of credit cards.
Electronic money in Germany

The purpose of this thesis is to aquaint her readers with new form of money - electronic money and his regulation and practice function in Germany. Especially to make clear the different amid the conception of electronic money, electronic device and electronic liquid asset. It will give consideration to role of electronic money in monetary policy and role of telecommunication provider in connnection with this institute.
