Využití pomocných půdních látek při výsadbě révy vinné v podmínkách ekologického vinohradnictví
Mušková, Anna
This bachelor thesis is focused on the cultivation of grapevines with the possibility of utilization of auxiliary soil substances during the planting under the conditions of organic viticulture. Organic farming has been on the rise in recent years, and the number of vineyards registered in this system is increasing every year. During planting, auxiliary soil substances play a significant role in relationship to both the plants and the soil. They contribute to the improvement of soil characteristics, and as a result, grapevine is more vital and resistant to harmful factors. These factors are especially important in organic vineyards, because chemical protection of plants cannot be used in this system in con-trast to conventional viticulture where a wide range of protection products can be used.
Odolnost k houbovým chorobám odrůdy Tramín červený, pěstované v systému bioprodukce, v porovnání s vybranými interspecifickými odrůdami révy vinné
Kačer, Petr
The task of the thesis, focused on disease's symptoms of Plasmopara viticola (BERK et CURT.) BERL. et de TONI, 1888, Erysiphe necator BRAUN, TAKAMATSU, 2000 and Botryotinia fuckeliana (de BARY) WHETZEL, 1945 on Vitis vinifera L. plants, was done in 2 stations. The variety Traminer was compared with interspecific ones Savilon, Rinot and Vesna. The Traminer was compared either with or without treatment by ecological fungicides together with untreated control. The results about spreading of fungi diseases Botryotinia fuckeliana (de BARY) WHETZEL, 1945 were insufficient in order to find out the dependency. The mycelium with konidiophores appeared in both observed varieties of Traminer. The strong rains in August was the main factor of pathogen's occurence. Due to weather conditions of the 2015 the pathogenes Plasmopara viticola (BERK et CURT.) BERL. et de TONI, 1888, Erysiphe necator BRAUN, TAKAMATSU, 2000 were not observed, that's why the data about occurence of those pathogens are missing. The damage of the varieties Savilon and Rinot was caused by extreme level of sunshine and high temperatures, not by the fungi pathogenes. The variety Vesna did not show any damage caused by those factors.

Quality of grapes in ecological viniculture conditions This bachelor thesis named Quality of grapes in ecological conditions was written at Mendel University, Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice at the Department of viticulture and winemaking. The thesis aims to describe rules of management in ecological viniculture conditions and formulate results of improvement quality of grapes in ecological viniculture condotions. This work also includes an experiment with comparing qualitative parameters of grapes between integrated and ecological viniculture condotions. Samples of beriies of grapes was picken up from four same varieties. After comparing each parametr was found that ecological viniculture conditions make better grapes. The best variety was Pinot Noir.
Ekologické vinohradnictví a vinařství na Mikulovsku
Michlovský, Jakub
This thesis is focused on organic viticulture and winemaking in Mikulov region. This work evaluates development of organic viticulture in Mikulov viniculture region and description of organic grape growing and organic viticulture. This evaluation is focused on the areas of individual municipalities, the number and size of farms and the production and trade of organic wine. We pay special attention to the description of interspecific vine varieties, the cultivation areas and selected varieties. Thanks to our investigations of organic wine growers and organic farming winemakers we can characterize the situation in the sector, describe their motivation to farming in organic mode and prosperity of organic wine market. 5.3% of vineyards in the Mikulov region are in the organic mode. We asked 8 of 23 organic farmers in the region. All of them are constant in organic mode mainly because of the quality of its production .
Možnosti ochrany voči hubovým chorobám v podmienkach ekologického vinohradníctva a vplyv na kvalitu hrozna
Rajčoková, Michaela
This bachelor`s thesis says about the protection against fungal pathogens in terms of ecological viticulture in the first place. It also contains characteristics of the most important mycoses of grapevine (Vitis vinifera ssp). It introduces definition of the ecological viticulture and its development. In comparison with other advanced countries, the Czech Republic has a high ratio of ecological viticulture. Furthermore, this work proceeds the factors affecting a quality of grapes -- essence of the proper microclimate, importance of greenery and soil ,,renewal", and the effect of defoliation. In the end of the work there is an characterization of ecological preperations against fungal diseases, its quantisation and its positive effect on grapevine immunity.
Vývoj a význam ekologického zemědělství v Jihomoravském kraji
Klenková, Tereza
The objective is to evaluate a development and the importance of the organic agriculture and organic food in South Moravian Region. The identified details were than compared with other regions of the Czech Republic, or the whole country. The South Moravian Region due to its position belongs to the areas with a low proportion of organic areas, but since 2008 there are absolutely the greatest areas of arable land and permanent crops (there are more than 95 % of the total area of vineyards), but the smallest area of permanent grassland. This region produces 85 % of all organic grown vegetables. There is dominated sheep farming, followed by cattle farming.Typical for the South Moravian Region are vineyards and wineries, and therefore an integral part of thesis is the evaluation of wine production, especially organic wine in this region.
