Creative centre - Koprivnice

Right in the city center, there is a plot with old factory halls. These halls are fascinating and have great potential. But now, they are more of an obstacle. They form a barrier, they are in poor condition, and it robs the city of its values. In my diploma thesis entitled Creative Center in Kopřivnice, in addition to the design of the creative center, I will also deal with how to use the beauty and potential of these old halls, further, how to create beautiful and modernized buildings with a new value. I want to open the whole area, to create a place where people would like to meet and where various functions will be mixed- a place for fun, relaxation, culture, education or even just a shopping or walk. The work is very diverse - from the urban design of the entire plot, through the revitalization of old industrial halls and the layout of a new building, to the interior design of a new gallery.

The diploma project entitled Exposure is a card educational game, which aims to introduce players to the concept and principle of photographic exposure. The game includes play cards, additional game material, and a set of photographs that bring insight into the history of photography. During or through the play, players should understand the laws of camera control, which can control aperture, time, and sensitivity settings.
Awareness of mothers in the care of physiological newborn

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of care of the physiological newborn and the awareness of women (mothers) in the different areas of care. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic nursing interventions and steps in the care of the newborn from its arrival into the world, through the subsequent stay in the neonatal unit to its discharge to home care. In the introduction, basic concepts and definitions in the field of obstetrics and neonatology are defined. Attention is paid to the specific care of the newborn in the early postpartum period, the importance and significance of mutual cooperation between parents and medical staff during the hospital stay and all the necessary points of parental education after childbirth. The empirical part of the thesis presents results of my own investigation, data processing and comparison of my own results with results of previously conducted studies. Quality of Patient Education in the Home Parenteral Nutrition Programme

The bachelor thesis deals with the quality of education of clients who were included in the home parenteral nutrition program. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical parts. Indications, contraindications, and history of home parenteral nutrition are described in theoretical part. Also, its division by types and the most often used vascular entrances. The characteristics of education in nursing, the educational process, its goals, evaluation, and method of creating documentation for the implementation of all phases of the educational process are also described. The method of the survey investigation is described in the empirical part. It was conducted by using of a quantitative method by distributing non-standardized questionnaires to clients who have already been educated or will be educated during the survey. The purpose of this thesis is to gain the knowledge about how clients perceive the way of education conducted at our workplace, what information they consider to be insufficient, missing, or incomprehensible, and on what information or educational materials they would still like to have. This work is a pedagogically-philosofical essay, which attempt to map to what extent ritual was and is the part of a human life, if there is still potentiality to "bet" on its curative and healing power and how much we are as humans entities rather naturally spiritual (homo spiritualis) or merely sort of indoctrinatedly essence largely rational (homo sapiens). And also to put down several questions regarding to the meaning and functions of ritual, his actuality and necessity or dispensability. Further few questions relating to existence of emotions and problematics of emotional wounds according to traumatic experience. And to refer to still little used possibilities of connections of ritual modes of behavior with intentional education, not only in etopedia domain but in modern pedagogy as whole. Inclusive education with a focus on the pupil with a different mother tongue

The diploma thesis "Inclusive education with a focus on the pupil with a different mother tongue" is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on the basis of a professional literary research of the chosen issue, in which the author focuses on the pupil with special educational needs from a different socio-cultural environment, on a pupil with a different mother tongue who is educated at a regular primary school. In the introductory theoretical part, the author deals with migration, multiculturalism and briefly introduces the country, the national minority, where the student with a different language comes from. The author also includes an explanation of the terms such as intercultural identity, communication-language and integration of foreigners to this topic. In the second chapter of the theoretical part of "Inclusive education" of the pupils with specific educational needs, the author focuses on pupils with a different mother tongue. Care of patients with permanent indwelling urinary catheters - patient education material

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of ,,Care of patients with permanent indwelling urinary catheters - patient education material''. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis was to map out the theoretical and practical knowledge of nursing care in patients with an inserted permanent urinary catheter. Methods: Using the method of a questionnaire survey, we performed research of the foreknowledge of hospitalized patients with an inserted permanent urinary catheter in two hospitals - Motol University Hospital and Na Homolce Hospital. The total amount of respondents from both hospitals was 100. All gethered research was processed through statistical methods and interpreted using graphic charts. Results: From the results of predefined hypotheses, we found out the existence of correlation betwenn the patients awareness and their place of hospitalization. We have discovered if patients were able to manipulate correctly and independently with the urinary bag. Subsequently we performed a comparison between the two hospitals concernig patients awareness about hygienic care, the correct placement of urinary bag when walking, and the adherence to recommended daily water intake. Nurse education as a part of comprehensive nursing work at bone marrow transplant unit in the Motol University Hospital

The bachelor thesis will deal with the educational process in the children's bone marrow transplant unit at the Motol University Hospital. The educational process takes place in 4 stages, where both the doctor, psychosocial worker, nurse, as well as the patient and his family participate in the educational process itself. The work will focus on specifying nursing care in this department and education within this educational process, where the nurse herself already participates in educating the patient and his family when the patient is admitted to the transplant unit. The bachelor thesis will be divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part will describe basic concepts in education and educational process in general. Furthermore, there will be a chapter on topics of education specific to bone marrow transplant units. The Relationship between Curator and Educator in Museums of Art

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of relations and cooperation between curators and educators in art galleries. The theoretical part introduces both professions, presents their work activities and qualification and competence requirements. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on a brief overview of the ongoing transformations in exhibition institutions, specifically describing the related new institutionalism and the educational turn. The practical part presents empirical research, the main aim of which is to find out what the collaboration between curators and educators in selected art galleries currently looks like. The data for the research are collected through semi-structured interviews with curators and educators from the galleries; questions are directed at mutual collaboration as well as previous experience, education and work background. The information obtained in the interviews during face-to-face meetings is analysed and interpreted together with information from the websites of the selected galleries. The research shows that all the galleries surveyed offer a variety of active programmes for different target groups, which shows a reflection of the ongoing changes and a certain shift towards an educational turn.
