The bachelor’s thesis deals with influence of active safety features on traffic. It describes their current condition and specifies technological possibilities of the features given the current trends in this branch and presents their use in agricultural machinery. Emphasis is placed mainly on modern assistive systems such as blind spot monitoring, emergency braking etc, lane keeping assistence etc. Second part of the thesis pursues sorting and analysis of the accident rate in Czech republic, European union and giving comparison to a countries from a different parts of the world, such as United states or Kazachstan. This research is followed by potential capability of active safety systems to reduce those accidents. Based on theese data, effectivity of active car safety features given economical aspects in traffic is judged.

Socioeconomic consequences of Japanese American internment in the United States during World War II Abstract This bachelor thesis describes the consequences of wartime internment of Japanese Americans in the USA. It is concerned with short- and long-term socioeconomic effects of the incarceration. The first part of the thesis introduces Japanese immigration to the United States and the struggle of the pacific states to reduce it. The next chapter informs the reader about the internment itself, including its causes, process and the reasons of its termination. The third part is concerned with the socioeconomic status of the community between the two world wars. The main focus of the chapter is to tell why Japanese Americans chose agriculture and small farming over other professional fields. The socioeconomic consequences of the internment are analyzed in the main chapter. The study reflects the short- and long-term effect of incarceration on Japanese Americans. The conclusion overviews the findings of the thesis and also provides a quick summary of the redress movement which achieved a formal apology and financial compensation to the survivors of the internment. Evaluation of Great Cormorant predation activities (Phalacrocorax carbo sinensis) during the spring and autumn migration to ponds on School´s Piscicapture in Protivín between the years 2009 - 2011 and compensation for damages in accordance to the law No. 115/2000 Coll. I compared the results of self-monitoring with the majority known information from many sources in the literature and confirmed the fact that predation pressure are frequently exposed those ponds which are providing food supply in the form of dense fish stock with an acceptable piece weighing 0.03 to 0.5 kg independently on the size of the pond. Confirmed facts are exposed to the conclusion on today's constantly evolving legislation allowing compensation for damages caused by Great cormorant - Act No. 115/2000 Coll. versus regulations No. 393/2012 Coll. and No. 432/2005 Coll.
