Yield formation of winter wheat depending on row width in ecological agriculture
PROCHÁZKOVÁ, Lucie
The Subject of diploma work: Yield formation of winter wheat depending on row width in ecological agriculture This work deals with the formation of winter wheat yield. Winter wheat was cultivated on the narrow and wide rows to field experiments. The attempt was focused mainly on creating yield components (number of plants per square meter, number of grains per spike, the weight of one thousand grains). There was also accomplished the verification during the vegetation and there was the comparison of the theoretic and real yield at the end.
Extension of agrobiodiverzity on the organic farming arable land thanks to using of genetic resources of spring wheat
JANČÍKOVÁ, Lucie
This Thesis, focused on an evaluation of possible utilization of selected variety of wheat (Triticum aestivum L. and Triticum dicoccum Schrank) in organic farming in the light of possible expansion of agrobiodiverzity on an arable land, is connected with the Bachelor´s Thesis. The starting point of the process was a choice of twelve varieties based on previous screening. Small parcel of land experiments (2007 {--} 2008) with six genetic resources of emmer wheat and six varieties of sown wheat (4 old and land races, 2 modern check control varieties) have been grown on an experimental field of University of South Bohemian and Gene bank at Research Institute of Crop Production (VURV) Prague and subsequent evaluation of morphological, biological, economical and qualitative parameters as well. The results show, that genetic resources of wheat have lots of positive and negative features as well. A speed of growth, a height of plant or a tuft shape positively makes for an increment of a competition ability to weed. On the other hand, farming features e.g. a harvest index, a productivity of spike or a total yield is high variable by single kinds and compared to modern control varieties on a lowered level. Emmer wheat yields qualitative grain (high content of protein) in low imput farming. That is much better for other purposes than typical baker´s work (low swell of proteins expressed by Zeleny´s sedimentation analysis). This type of grown is suitable for organic farming and its growing currently contributes to expansion agrobiodiverzity on an arable land.
Development of ecoagrotourism within the select region (the region of Benešov)
KOTOVÁ, Iveta
The analysis of the present level of the ecoagrotourism development in the region of Benešov. In this work the potency of the tourist trade in connection with this region is characterized and some farms are closely introduced. According to the questionnaire research the situation on the ecological farms has been analysed and the community interest in the rural tourism, ecoagrotourism, has been studied.
Analyse of the state of ecological agriculture in the Czech Republic and in the region of South Bohemia
KRPALOVÁ, Michaela
The bachelor thesis analyses the state of ecological agriculture in the Czech Republic. In part it is a case study which consists of evaluating a questionnaire survey completed by farmers of the South Bohemia region. Further, it consists of processed ecological production data of in the region observed. The thesis also includes a mapped output displaying the placement of ecological farms in the region of South Bohemia. The initial part consists of goals, literature research and processing methodology. It then sums up the basic characteristics of ecological agriculture in the Czech Republic, from the point of view of factors such as history, development, legislation etc. The actual contribution of this bachelor thesis is to be found in the chapters dedicated to the analysis of ecological agriculture in the region of South Bohemia. The aim of its final part is to propose the agricultural optimization in the Czech Republic, as well as in the region of South Bohemia.
The Comparing of Energy Consumption of Classical and Bio Form of Agricultural Production.
DOHNALOVÁ, Tereza
This work deals with energy consumption in specific farms and their subsequent evaluation and comparison. The theoretical part contains characteristics, evolution and comparison of traditional and organic farming. The practical part contains specific agricultural production even in classical organic agriculture and energy. Then compare the two bodies to each other and norms.
The Influence of Precrop on Gaining Parameters From Perennial Wheat in Terms of Ecological Agriculture
MATOUŠEK, Jiří
Bachelor work about the influence of precrop on gaining parameters from perennial wheat in terms of ecological agriculture. It is concerning influence of different precrop (PCC, trifolium, potatoes) on these parameters.
Sheep breending at the ecological farm
SVOBODOVÁ, Martina
The purpose of my graduation theses on the theme {\clqq} sheep breending at the ecological farm`` was to analyze the level of uses properities sheep at the ecological farm Slunečná situated in mountain part of Šumava. The detail information from studies of the technical literature specialized on ecological agriculture were brought out to analyze the whole questions of sheep breending at the ecological farm Slunečná. Lacteous utility was judged in term of amount of drawen milk, process of lactational curve was judged in the following way. The evaluation of reproduction was based on four basic reproductive indexes. The weight of 100 days old sheep and the production of wool were detected by scaling. Detected values were lower in most of indexes than published indexes. This fact is connected with detected inadequacies of lairage, nutrition and breending organization. Steps were suggested to eliminate these inaquacies and to innovate the level of breending in conclusion.
BIOFOOD AND NEW-TYPE FOOD FROM THE NUTRITIONAL AND THE CONSUMER HEALTH PROTECTION POINT OF VIEW
DUBNOVÁ, Jaroslava
This bachelor thesis is focused with the issue of difference of knowledge of biofood and new - type food between inhabitants from region of South Moravia and inhabitants from South Bohemia. This work discover too informants opinion of an effect of biofood to the health state of human.
EVALUATION OF MEZZOCLIMATE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE APLICATION OF ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE IN AN INTEREST
KOUKOL, Marek
The main aim of this work is to evaluate the mezzoclimate in the area of Hamer where a farm is situated which focuses on agriculture with an endeavour for granting a licence authoristation for ecological agriculture. There are many aspects which have an influance on how to manage a tilled area of meadows and pastures. It has been found what is for this farm profitable and what is inconvenient frombothgeographical and meteorological point of wievs. It has been also found, that the influance of such an agricultural activity has a very positive influence on both - the countryside and man. This kind of agriculture produces health unexceptionable groceries and biomass that we are capable of utilizing for production of energy due to an unhampered form. There is a ( growing) demand for this kind of farms with the focus on quality than quantity.
Cattle Breeding under Eco-agricultural Conditions
BÁRTOVÁ, Eva
The diploma thesis is divided into three parts: cattle herd management, ethology and economic evaluation. The observation was carried out on the farm which is situated in the mountain region of Šumava mountain with decreasing agricultural production. The main production is cattle breeding without market milk production. These meat breeds (Hereford, Aberdeen angus, Charolais) are bred there.
