The bachelor work is dealing with architectonical, construction and technical solution of the double floor family house (without basement). The object is located in Babice nad Svitavou. Babice nad Svitavou belongs to the cadastral region Babice nad Svitavou with the property number 693. Family house is designed for five member family. Construction is designed as a sandwich composition with load bearing, timber skeleton structure. The house is designed with regard to decrease the impact on an environment during the construction process as well as future usage.

This bachelor thesis concerns a design of two floors family residence located in Zlín, Chlum on a parcel number 428/11 in the cadaster region of Zlín. The design if the residence includes the architectural, structural and technical solution according the investor’s requirements. The object is designed as timber frame structure with flat extensive green roof. The goal of the design was to create a residence with very low ecological impact during the construction process and with minimal ecological impact during its lifetime usage.
Mini-brewery with Accomodation for Brewer

The main aim of my bachelor thesis was to create family brewery with accommodation for brewer at the edge of the small village called Kněžičky. Building contents free parts and has no basment. The main dominant of the brewery is hexagonal tower with gabled roof including boiling room, training room and terrace. Two grand rectangle buildings with partly-walkable roofs follows main tower. In the first building are located spaces for the fermentation of the beer, storaging of required material, puring and subsequently expedition. In the second part is designed simple, but useful accomodation for a brewer. Whole building is designed as a wood frame construction. Design consideration has been conceived so that the single parts and materials co-operates alltogether and effective use of all parts of the building is allowed. Nevertheless the building is non-tradicional construction, it doesn´t bother nature of the village.
