TINKERING AS A LEISURE ACTIVITY

The paper answers the question whether tinkering fulfills the terms of leisure activity. Leisure, its functions, mental health, creativity and reasons why to spend time tinkering are being defined in the theoretical part. Furthermore the history, equipments, tools, materials, tinkering elements and basic work with tinkering wire is being described here, too. The practical part serves partly as a methodical manual. Three lessons for different age groups are depicted in this work. In addition areas and specific awaited expectations according to The Framework Educational Programme for Preschool Education are also being described in this paper. Some basic tinkering elements motivational narration and detailed photodocumentation of three products' tinkering can be found in attachments.
Business plan and the possibilities of its expansion

This bachelor thesis contains the information about a business plan, an entrepreneurship,an establishment and an extension of business. The main aim is to describe the activities related to starting a business, create an expanding business plan for a specific enterprise and analyse economy results. The entrepreneur is the same person as the author of this thesis. The entrepreneur does a wire-craft and find the possibilities to extend the business in 2017 by using a business plan. A business plan consists of the describing an entrepreneur, a market analysis, a production plan, a marketing plan and a financial plan. The thesis uses the MBTI test to specify entrepreneur character and Business Model Canvas to make business activity clear. In market analysis the PEST, SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Forces is used. In production plan the direct and indirect cost are monitored, and the indirect cost are allocated to the cost object by a cost driver. This thesis contains The Break Even Point Analysis. The Break Even Point Analysis is helpful to decide, how many products to offer to cover the costs. In financial plan are expressed expected revenues and expenditure. A comparison between planned and realized data gives financial results.
