Želinská, N. Part-time work in the Czech Republic. Comparison with selected EU countries. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current state of part-time employment on the Czech labour market, to identify trends and, on the basis of this, to make recommendations for more effective use of this form of employment. Comparison of the current situation with selected EU countries-Italy, Germany and Sweden, which serves to identify the specifics according to which recommen-dations will be selected.

Pracovněprávní vztahy ve společnosti AGROTEC a.s. se zaměřením na studenty

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the types of employment relationships between students and the company AGROTEC a.s. The aim of the thesis is to find out in which case the given type of contract for the student is suitable and at the same time that the employer has the lowest wage costs. The thesis analyzes the current state of the number of employees and their development over the previous five years in the company and their divisions. On the basis of the findings, a recommendation is made for AGROTEC a.s., which type of contracts for student employment should be preferred.
