Modern Timber Detached House
Zářecký, Jan ; Gintar, Jan (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis processes the detached two-storey house, which consists of sandwich structures. The supporting structure of the house is a wooden skeleton. The building is covered with a flat roof. The design focus is on the overal consistency among spatial, structural, static, fire safety, acoustic and thermal technical requirements. Documentation is prepared for the building construction. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the AUTOCAD software.
Guest house with restaurant, Plumlov
Salaj, Jan ; Peterka, Tomáš (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this master´s thesis is the construction of the guest house with restaurant in the village Plumlov near Prostejov. It is a building with a floor partially sunk into the ground and two floors. Basement is designed as part of the restaurant. Floors are designed for the guest house. In the pension there is a total of 6 accommodation rooms with a total capacity of 15 persons. The restaurant has a comfortable dining area for 25 people. The restaurant also includes a kitchen where they will prepare hot meals. Cladding basement of the shuttering and floors are designed as wood house by system "two by four". The ceiling above the restaurant is designed as a system, reinforced concrete, folded (TRAS system). The ceiling above the 1st floor is designed with wooden ceiling beams. The roof is gabled with unbalanced tendencies. The building is based on the foundation strips.
Návrh dvoupodlažní dřevostavby
Filip, Václav
Diploma thesis focuses on design of low energy timber house. House design consists of design documentation for building permission, including engineering report. Structural system is designed and structural assessment of selected elements is made. Design contains solutions of structural compositions and structures of envelope are thermally evaluated in relation to heat insulation requirements.

Návrh dřevostavby rodinného domu

The objective of this thesis is to design a log house construction project meeting the needs of a four/five person family. The initial chapters describe a variety of up to date wooden building construction systems. Analysing their characteristics, a construction project for the wooden building is designed including the building envelope in three different modifications: frame wooden building with diffusion closed structure, frame wooden building with diffusion-opened structure, massive wooden building. For each structure of building envelope is then performed thermal technical assessment, all of which variants are designed so that the heat transfer coefficient structure was the same for each part of the structure of individual systems. The second part of the thesis deals with the investigation of the construction project itself making use of one of the above mentioned construction systems. The last part is focused on setting a price for each structure of building envelope separately.
