Toy Store Computer Network Design

The thesis analyse present situation and based to results there is implemented my own solution. The solution must be doable, operational, easily extendable and it must meet investor requirements.

Design of mobile robot cover

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of a mobile robot external casing. A robot could be used for transporting cargo. At the beginning of this thesis, there are briefly described technologies, which can be used to produce a robot casing. Part of this thesis is the variant design study, showing few possible rough plans of robot casing shapes. The thesis also includes a calculation dealing with the problem of robot cooling. Result of this thesis is a constructional solution related to suitably chosen production technology. The constructional solution has to comply with predefined requirements.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of an information system for the company VELBATES s.r.o. I will assess the requirements for the IS to be able to apply it well. The bachelor thesis focuses on the complete analysis, design and assignment of a suitable new information system to the company. It contains a design that helps improve, faster, and more transparently run the system.

Bachelor thesis resolve a design of personal alcohol breath tester. The goal is to design a product that solves ergonomic imperfections of currently existing products. The solution was in unconventional design of hygienic cover and unusual shaping overall. The final product solution meets the technical and ergonomic requirements and keeps the originally appearance.

Design of Floor Lamp

This bachelor theses deals with a design of a standard lamp. Since it is to be an interior lighting it is essential to pay attention to ergonomic and aesthetic aspects and to project a suitable shape settlement. The author has chosen an untraditional approach to capture a broad range of users. The design of the lamp is mainly based on modularisation, but also on an unorthodox appearance of the structure created after the lamp is assembled. The whole model is complemented with modern materials that underline the design itself and the function of the lamp.

Design of Camping Lamp

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of camping lamp. The main goal was to develop a simple and visually clean shape. The important part was also to focus on a simple controlling and manipulation with a combination of different modes of lighting. The result is a small-sized lamp with the COB LED diodes and replaceable batteries. A targeted group of users is younger and middle-aged generation.

Fashion Law

The aim of this thesis is to introduce fashion law as a cross-cutting legal branch which concerns many legal branches. In this work, the author focuses mainly on the regulation of the intellectual property law, which is absolutely crucial given the fact that the products of the fashion industry are the results of artistic creation. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to the history of the fashion law in the world and in the Czech Republic. The merit for the development and expansion of fashion law into awareness in Czech Republic belongs to The Czech Fashion Law Association. Further attention is focused on the design, its detailed conceptual and legal specification and familiarization with its types. Further on, the thesis deals with copyright protection of the copyright work. Copyright protection can be applied due to uniqueness and artistical value of the pieces. Particularly we speak about works of applied art, which are characterised by meeting the requirements of the daily needs except aesthetics impression. Industrial design protection is suitable for example for the protection of textile designs or the general original looks of products that fashion brands need to protect.
