This thesis focuses on the design of the backup system for elementary school Humpolec, Hradská 894. Introduction deals with the theoretical knowledge of the subject. The following section analyzes the current status of the backup system, including the information about the network system. The third section contains my own solutions, suitable for this school, based on findings in the analytical part.

This work is dealing with the design for maintaining and monitoring optimal temperature for home-based data center. The purpose of this work is to prolong the life of hard drives in data center for as long as possible. First of all, the attention is given to establishing what the optimal temperature for maintaining long-live of hard drives is and how to correctly measure it. Based on the knowledge obtained from theory and from the prototype testing the final design of embedded system for maintaining this function is created.

The thesis also contains a theoretical basis, employing it to develop solutions to the problems.

This Bachelor thesis deals with problems of information system in data boxes. The theoretical part consists of the concept in data boxes, egovernment and the implementation of data boxes such as electronic certificates, electronic documentation and storage capability. The problems are elaborated according to a large organization, such as a regional authority of South Moravian country. The practical part includes the describtion of the organization and its information system. Furthermore, it evaluates the integration of data boxes in the organization with help of the implementation, which results from the particular proposal to solve the problem.

This thesis is focused on optimization of data reading from distributed NoSQL database Apache HBase with regards to the desired data granularity. The assignment was created as a product request from Seznam.cz, a.s. the Reklama division, Sklik.cz cost center to improve user experience by making filtering of aggregated statistical data available to advertiser web application users for the purpose of viewing entity performance history.
