Monitoring zdravotního stavu jedle bělokoré (Abies alba Mill.) na vybraných plochách LS Náměšť nad Oslavou
Nováček, Martin
The diploma thesis pursues an assessment of the health condition of white fir (Abies alba) in selected areas of the Náměšť nad Oslavou forest administration. All 888 of the white fir trees (Abies alba) on the two research grounds, in the 7th age class, were incorporated into health classification, the symptoms of damage to the tree species were evaluated and the presence of wood fungi, insect pests and other negative factors affecting the studied trees was determined. From the symptoms found, it was assessed that among the abiotic damage, drought and wind had the greatest effect on the health of the trees. Among the biotic damages, white mistletoe (Viscum album), wood-decaying fungi and insect pests had a significant negative effect.
Zhodnocení zdravotního stavu dřevin v městské zeleni Zábřehu
Blažek, Martin
The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to assess several fundamental areas in the town of Zábřeh. The health survey was made on „Šestikrejcarová alej, Alej na hrázi, Bezručovy sady and Wolkerovy sady“. In the mentioned areas were chosen the most important trees with the worst mechanical and health status. On the basis of a detailed evaluation of the trees were proposed technical measures and treatments with perspection od location. Real costs of technical measures was suggested. Its located in tabs.
Biodiverzita dřevních hub v oblasti Národní přírodní rezervace Divoká Oslava
Nováček, Martin
The bachelor thesis deals with the surveying of the biodiversity of wood fungi in National Nature Reserve Divoká Oslava. The reserve originated in 1.12.2019, therefore it is relatively young and characteristic with its original and close-to-nature landscape. Inside of the reserve were chosen two locations with the highest potential of the presence of wood fungi and there was since the November 2018 to the November 2020 carried periodical survey through errand method. The collection and identification of the sporocarps took place, taking of the photographic documentation, and the evaluated parameters on the ecology of the species and the substrate on which the fungus grew, were entered into the field diary. In total there were 53 species of the wood fungi found, from which two species are entered in the Red List of Fungi (macromycetes) of the Czech Republic.
Zhodnocení zdravotního stavu dřevin z hlediska výskytu dřevních hub v parku Anthropos (Brno-střed)
Indra, Lukáš
Bachelor thesis dealing with assessment of health status of trees with the occurence of wood-decay fungus in the Anthropos park in the Brno-střed district. The health survey was made between December 2015 and May 2017. Among the 274 trees were wound 8 wood-decay fungus, mostly with white rot. The most frequently attacked species are Aesculus hippocastanum and Fraxinus excelsior. From a health status point of view the most important wood-decay fungus are Fomes fomentarius and Kretzschmaria deusta. On the basis of a health survey was proposed technical measures and treatments according to the arboristics standards of Nature Protection Agency of the Czech republic.
Choroby dřevin a mykoflóra arboreta Křtiny, ŠLP Křtiny
Riedelová, Adéla Julija
The thesis focuses on woody plant diseases and mycoflora of the arboretum Křtiny. In the period from November 2013 to October 2015 a research was made there using methods of the Czech Scientific Society for Mycology, citizens association. Macromycetes and fungi were observed and their presence is provable by languishing and phytopathological changes of woody plants. For each species substrate and woody plant were marked. In total 62 fungi species were determined. 13 species of mycorrhizal fungi were identified. The thesis also describes diseases and damages that might be caused by  fungi pathogens. Findings of fungi were compared to the inventory research made between 1981 and 1984. Introduced woody plants were assessed from the point of view of connection of selected fungi species and their susceptibility to pathogens. Significance of the arboretum as a source of knowledge development and protection of forest ecosystems was evaluated.
Biodiverzita dřevních hub z rodů Fomes, Ganoderma a Phellinus, v urbanizovaném prostředí České Republiky
Mikesková, Iveta
Wood fungi are a common problem in urban areas. Bachelor thesis is focused on the families Fomes, Ganoderma and Phellinus. In addition, Fomitopsis and Perenniporia are processed. Locales of the urbanized environment were recorded with trees affected by these genes. Measurements of dendrometric parameters and arboristic evaluation were performed. Cases of tree species that have been affected by the above-mentioned genera have been described and on this basis the effect of these mushroom families on the operational safety of the tree species has been evaluated. Subsequently, a database was created based on the results of the work. Altogether, 236 fungi finds were recorded in 33 areas of cities and municipalities in the Czech Republic. It has been found that some species do not occur in the urbanized environment, as opposed to Ganoderma adspersum. The species Fomitopsis pinicola was found on a different spectrum of hosts than literature said.
Zdravotní průzkum dřevin lesoparku v intravilánu Hradce Kralove na soutoku Labe a Orlice
Růžička, Tomáš
In the period from January 2013 to April 2014 was realized health survey of wood in the park Jiráskovy sady in Hradec Králové. In the first place survey was focused on occurrence of wood fungus. Introduction of the thesis is devoted to the localization, historical context, and then the characteristics of natural conditions and wider territorial relations. In the next section, is putting emphasis on inventory of affected wood and woody fungus, that points are the main cause of the investigation. These funguses were identified visually by fruiting bodies and describes their appearance, and damages that may result. There were determined mainly wood funguses like saprophytic character. Most funguses were found on individuals of Acer campestre and Aesculus hippocastanum.
Biodiverzita dřevních hub v PR Dvorčák
Důjková, Magdalena
The aim of this work is to monitor the diversity of wood fungi, their ties to rotting wood and ecology. The site is located near the city Hranice in the village Valšovice. It is a purpose-built facility Secondary Forestry School in Hranice used to teach students. The total acreage of the area is 11.7 ha. The species composition dominated by beech (Fagus sylvatica) and sessile oak (Quercus petraea ). The survey found a determined 18 kinds of wood fungi. The largest incidence was recorded on Ouercus petraea in the period from April to November, it was all about species: Fomes fomentarius, Fomitopsis pinicola and Hypoxylon fragiforme.
