The key research subject covers different procedures of selected workers in a case of an allegation. Based on the initial interviews a question came up if the institutions use inner guidelines to deal with possible situations of clients manipulating workers. The next subject were the workers' opinions of the issues and of the allegation charges and sentences. The theoretical scope of the thesis contains relevant information about divorce, parental conflict, manipulation, ways of solving such problems, consequences, parental alienation syndrome and information about allegation in both Czech and foreign researching. Title: Movement preparatory of preschool children Objectives: The main goal of this work is the physical activity of preschool children and the acquisition of basic movement skills based on movement experience. Partial goals are analyzing the determinants of movement, defining principles of movement within programs, organizing a space for intervention, and developing a program where consistent practice occurs, movement deficits in pre-school children can be improved. Methods: Based on a literature research, an intervention is proposed to reduce the movement deficit in preschool children. The search was divided into two parts. First part consists of analysis of the determinants of motion. Second part of the work is a synthesis of acquired knowledge. Based on my own judgment and practice in the field, keywords were chosen (movement, development, development, preschooler, child, motor skills, fitness, health, lifestyle, abilities, skills, bones, joints, CNS). The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of foster care for a temporary period in the Czech Republic. It is an alternative to long-term foster care, which has only been developing in recent years. Its pitfalls include breaking the emotional bond that a child has with a foster family, an insufficient number of foster families, and the associated insufficient motivation to perform a foster care for a temporary period or the inability of foster parents to work with a biological family. The aim of this work was the retrospective analysis of bacterial infection in newborns with a birth weight ≤ 1500 g hospitalized in Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and compare it with the latest findings published in the expect literature. Methods: The retrospective cross-sectional study took place in Paediatric ICU. The data were gathered between 07/29 and 08/10 2020. The study included patients in neonatal age with a birth weight ≤ 1500 g hospitalized in the Paediatric ICU in 2018 and 2019 with bacterial infection. The infection was proved by a positive cultivation, increased C-reactive protein and increased or reduced number of white blood cells. This thesis deals with families of a child with inborn and gained disability. The core of the work lies in text analysis based upon a discussion with two mothers with a child with a disability. The analysis pays particular attention to the way of coping with such a difficult life situation. Further it focuses on inner and external factors that help to acquire back a life well- being of those mothers. Theoretical part contains a family theme, specifics of raising and education of a child with a disability and coping strategies. The aim of this work is to be utilised as a source of inspiration for those families that are going through similar life situation.

Boris Titzl, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The submitted thesis focuses on the phenomenon of child abuse and neglect. The theoretical background for these issues had to be found in the science branches which have so far made the contribution to the explanation of the child abuse and neglect. Medicine (mainly traumatology) explains the mechanism of physical abuse, psychiatric- psychological approach not only enhances the topic with the psychical abuse and neglect, but also offers a backup to a non-moralizing explanation why abusing persons behave in such way. Sociological and ethological approach helps to understand the contextual factors which could foster the child abuse and neglect. The social work point of view is used to introduce the system of care of the abused children. Special pedagogy part of this thesis approaches the situation and education of the abused children mainly from the ethopedical point of view and reflects specific questions of institutional education. Lucie Myšková Most children in institutional care have their families and are in contact with them, but for various reasons these children grow up in a familycan not. We know from scientific works, that there is usually a cold atmosphere, weak interest in children, or violence in these families. But children placed in institutional care positive express of parents, practice show and it is known, that children, who do not live with their parents, idealize them. Children selected in the study were in development of the older school age, which is characterized among other critical look at adults. The work is based on the above-mentioned ambivalence and focuses on the mental representation of parents ofolder school children placed in institutional care. TITLE: Perception and coping with the specific learning disabilities impacts on everyday life of children with this diagnosis. ABSTRACT This text is focused on recognition of impacts of the specific learning disabilities on everyday life as the children with this diagnosis themselves see it and the strategies used by these children in order to cope with these disabilities. The theoretical part summarizes the necessary knowledge of the early school age developmental stage, the interaction of a child with the family, and briefly the stress and the coping. The results of previous mothers of specific learning disabilities diagnosed children research are also presented. The empirical part is based on semi-structured interviews with six children diagnosed with the specific learning disabilities attending fourth or fifth grade of primary school. Based on it's qualitative analysis, the thesis attempts to clarify how the specific learning disabilities diagnosed children perceive and experience the impacts of this disabilities on them and how do they cope with it.
