The diploma thesis on the topic "The influence of different methods of soil treatment in the vineyard on the nutrition of the vine, yield and quality of grapes" is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part paid attention to the morphology and physiology of the vine and the biochemistry of grapes. The diploma thesis also dealt with the habitat of vineyards, types of cover crops, plants used for cover crops vineyards and treatment of cover crops in vineyards. Last but not least, it dealt with the use of precision agriculture. The experimental or practical part dealt with the actual execution of the experiment. The greening mixtures used and the overall performance of the experiment are listed here. The analytical parameters of the must in the Riesling variety, such as sugar content, pH value, content of titratable acids and assimilable nitrogen, were monitored and evaluated. Then tartaric acid, malic acid, glucose and fructose were also determined. The weight of the grapes was also observed, and analyzes of the petioles of the vine leaves and an evaluation of the remote drone imaging of the vineyard took place in the end. The final results of the experiment were statistically evaluated and processed. Then a suitable soil treatment system in the vineyard was recommended and further research on the topic was suggested.
