	Projects aimed on enhancing active citizenship among primary school pupils Křešničková, Pavla ; Stará, Jana (advisor) ; Zemanová, Blanka (referee) This diploma discusses projects to enhance active citizenship among primary school pupils. The work seeks to describe the importance of education for active citizenship in primary schools, to map projects dedicated to deepening knowledge regarding the role of an active citizen, and at the same time to inspire interested teachers to incorporate this issue into their lessons. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part defines the concepts of citizenship and active citizenship, the goals of education for active citizenship, and its inclusion in the curriculum, as well as a description of two different projects devoted to this issue. The empirical part tries to answer several questions regarding the projects. First, it answers why it is essential to include education for active citizenship as early as the 1st grade of primary school. It further discusses the goals and risks of this inclusion. Lastly, the empirical part focuses on new and existing programs and initiatives that deepen the development of education for active citizenship among children in the 1st grade of primary school. The theoretical part focuses on the methodology of experiential game and the philosophical dialogue. It includes the concepts and basic resources. It introduces the programme theory which is the basis for the second practical part of this thesis - the creative project. The practical part attempts to apply the experiential game as a stimulus to Philosophical Dialogue. It is a creative project, which focuses on the possible usage of the experiential game and the philosophical dialogue in one educational programme both in the formal and non-formal environment.
