Use of catch crops as stabilizing element in antierosion protection
CRKVOVÁ, Aneta
An integral part of soil conservation methods are catch crops. The aim of this work is to propose combination of main crops and catch crops, to insert catch crops to the crop rotation. And to rate their influence to the water erosion.
Uplatnění meziplodin jako stabilizujícího prvku v protierozní ochraně
ŠÍMOVÁ, Kristýna
The aim of the work is to find out the application of intercrops and their influence in crop rotation in the cadastral area of Krašovice u Čížové. The first part of the thesis deals with erosion, anti-erosion measures and intercrops. In the second part there is a calculation of erosion shear on given cadastral area. The erosion of soil on the soil blocks is calculated using the Wischmeier-Smith equation (USLE). The wash is then further compared, using crop rotation and crop rotation with the application of intercrops.
Příčiny nízkých výnosů obilovin v ekologickém systému pěstování
KOTAŠKA, Vladimír
The aim of this diploma thesis was to find out the causes of low returns on chosen cereals (oat, wheat, rye, and spelled) in ecological agriculture based on evaluating information on growing procedures obtained via the method of questionnaires. Gradually, 21 ecologically farming companies controlled by the Abcert AB a Biokont CZ, s.r.o. organizations were chosen. Based on the analysis of growing procedures, the most frequent mistakes made by farmers were identified. Companies with lower returns apply mainly an inappropriate structure of crops grown, a high representation of cereals, and they do not respect crop rotation principles. Especially in favourble conditions, some farms are run without livestock production. Leguminosae representation is low in most companies, intercrops are used very seldom. In case of straw plow, the C:N ratio is not maintained using manure. Mineral manure is not used at all, liming very seldom. Vegetation is usually not fertilized during vegetation period. Cereal weed regulation is carried out, but not sufficiently. Using farm seed is quite frequent, which increases the growth of weed. Comparing returns on cereal among better and worse companies, it is obvious that respecting given principles may increase return on seed in 1.0 to 1.9 t/ha.
Snížení erozní ohroženosti pozemků prostřednictvím meziplodin a jejich aplikace na vybrané pozemkové úpravě
JÁNOŠÍK, Vojtěch
This thesis covers and evaluates the possibilities of using sowing procedures in the contemporary Czech agriculture. The first part of the thesis analysis erosion, anti-erosion protection and endowment policy. Universal Wischmeier-Smith equation for calculating soil loss from lan is described in the second part. The effectiveness of anti-erosion of some selected sowing procedures is analysed at the selected cadastral Čestice.
Intercrops and their use in erosion protection
KLÍR, Josef
This Bachelor's thesis is aimed to assess the effects of erosion intercrop included in crop rotations. Erosion losses will be evaluated in the cadastral area Předenice, located in the pilsen region. Erosion losses will be evaluated for current crop rotation LUKRENA a.s. and compared the results with the inclusion of intercrops in crop rotation.
The application of the intercrop as a stabilizing element in the erosion control in the area of the foothills of Sumava.
ŠLAPÁKOVÁ, Veronika
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the possibility of applying the intercrop in the erosion control crop rotation and their effect on the system of the sustainable agriculture and assess the suitability of utalizition of the intercrop as an element of the erosion control for the environmentally friendly farming on the arable ground. Erosion phenomena will be evaluated in the selected location and in the cadastral Borovany. The outcome will be the evaluation of the washes of the conventional crop rotation and of the process which uses the intercrop using the USLE method.
Use of catchcrops as a stabilization element in erosion protection
ČERNOHORSKÁ, Veronika
The goal of this study is to find out the impact of using the catchcrop in sowing procedure on selected area and its application in anti-erosion efficiency of vegetative cover. Splash erosion is calculated by using Wischmeier - Smith equation. The results of sowing procedure without the catchcrop and sowing procedure with the catchcrop are compared and evaluated.
The evaluation used sowing methods and their influence on the values of the C factor
JÁNOŠÍK, Vojtěch
This bachelor thesis covers and evaluates the possibilities of using sowing procedures in the contemporary Czech agriculture. The first part of the thesis analysis erosion and anti-erosion protection. Particular agricultural production areas and universal Wischmeier-Smith equation, calculating soil loss from land, are described in the second part. The effectiveness of anti-erosion of some selected sowing procedures is analysed at the selected basin of Lačnovský stream. The area is located at the South Bohemia on the border with Vysočina country.
Comparison of crop rotations used in organic farming and their usefulness in erosion control
BOUŠKA, Miroslav
This bachelor's thesis is focused on theme of crop rotations in ecological agriculture and their use in antierosion protection. It includes research which describes crop rotations and their making in ecological agriculture and commercial agriculture. It also includes description of agriculture, sorts of erosion and dealing with erosion in land arrangement. Aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess particular crop rotations and compare them with crop rotations included in the research for conventional and ecological agriculture. This bachelor's thesis includes assessment of crop rotations used in agricultural company specialized in ecological agriculture.
Application of catch crops as a stabilizing element in erosion protection
KREBSOVÁ, Lenka
The aim of this work is to determine the effect of the application of catch crops in crop rotation in the cadastral territory Vrábče in Czech Budweis. Erosion washing away from the land is calculated using the USLE, also compared washing off using conventional crop rotation and intercropping with the application process. Analyze here the influence of intercropping to increase anti-erosion effect of vegetation cover. The resulting values of erosion are transported using erosion of crop rotations with intercropping significantly reduced.
