The bachelor's thesis „Production overhead costs analysis in the construction company“ deals with analysis of production overhead costs of chosen company. The aim is analysis of individual parts of those costs, factors that affect their amount and suggest improvements of costs management. The theoretical part characterizes the basic terms such a construction company, costs and cost management. The practical part analyzes production overhead costs of chosen company in the years 2018 and 2019.

First described project "Extension of a commercial building", and I continue to work in the description of contract management. At the end of the contract is evaluated in terms of time and cost perspective.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of costs on the workforce in construction company. The purpose is to define costs for permanent employees and for external employees in specific construction company, known as a subcontractor. There are some concepts which are defined, such as wage, wage policy of Czech Republic, prices in construction, workforce. The following part compares if it’s convenient to hire these workforces or to have its own employees. There is a research of costs on individual workforces in the specific construction company In the end there is an evaluation of benefits of having its own employees or if it’s better to use more subcontractors.

Economic evaluation of wood buildings

The bachelor thesis deals with comparison of a timber frame construction and a masonry building in the third and fourth part of building life cycle. Constructions are compared in thermal properties, acoustic properties, fire resistence, lifetime and it’s effect on the environment. Also, the thesis deals with demands on new constructions and it’s demolition involving it’s costs, time demands and it’s masses.

State of photovoltaic in the Czech Republic

Photovoltaic in the Czech Republic has gone through significant development during last few years. The thesis describes physical principle of converting solar energy into electrical energy using photovoltaic cells. Photovoltaic power plant is a set of technologic components connected together to utilize solar energy and convert it into electric energy that could be distributed to electric power network. Review of the photovoltaic development in the Czech Republic and the list of the biggest operational photovoltaic power plants present important data for assessment of the current status of photovoltaic technology in the Czech Republic. Chapter operations and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants summarizes the most common causes of failures and presents diagnostic tools for service requests. Due to legislative changes, hybrid photovoltaic power plants construction has been prioritized as it is economically more efficient now. Construction of new hybrid photovoltaic power plant was assessed analytically using SWOT analysis that evaluates strong and weak sides of the projects in comparison with opportunities and threats of construction. After evaluation of obtained data the next steps of the hybrid photovoltaic power plant’s construction plan are proposed. The first part of hybrid photovoltaic power plant design contains PVGIS program's data evaluation, which provides sunlight intensity information for specified area. Obtained data were used in the second part of the design to determine proper components selection for family house hybrid photovoltaic power plant. Finally the economic view of the design and return of investments were assessed.

The Study of the Contract Award in Business Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of contract award in business company Falco computer, s.r.o., which is providing low-voltage sites services and operating other IT services. In my bachelor thesis, I focuse on the analyzing of current status of contract award, including all sub-processes, which take part in order processing. I have made an improvement proposal, based on the results, which may lead to optimalization of every process and cost reduction. I also define requirements of realization and it’s benefits.

Costs Classification of an Allowance Organisation

The thesis is focused on methods keying costs of selected entities to ensure a true and fair view of their financial performance and for purposes of determining the income tax base. The work deals with the environmental characteristics of selected entities and funded organizations. The practical part shows the keying costs of additional activities and their subsequent impact on the tax base.
