The possibilities of using social networks in company

This bachelor thesis deals with the opportunities of usage social networks within a company. At the moment, corporate social services are an important instrument for communication and facilitation inside the company. That's why, it is important to know, what social networks serve for and what are the pros and cons of using these instruments. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first part gives a preview of the main social networks, both in general and detailed. The second part presents the practical implementation of a company's social network. The case study shows the selection and implementation of social network inside the company. More than that, the potential advantages and disadvantages inside the company are also analyzed. Among the main goals of this thesis are to get the reader acknowledged with the phenomenon of social networks, to offer a solution regarding how to choose the most suitable social network for a particular company, to present and analyze the modern communication technologies on a company level. These technologies are considered to be social networks and are meant to improve the communication inside and between companies.
